Promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is a major strategy concerning the overall development of the country. The Yangtze River coast is a precious natural resource. The research on its planning and utilization is conducive to the economic, social and ecological development of the Yangtze River region, and it is also of great practical significance for the implementation of the "concentration of great protection and no major development" of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This article takes the Jiujiang section of the main stream of the Yangtze River as the research area, and on the basis of fully understanding the concepts and theories about shoreline planning and specific protection, comprehensive evaluation of shoreline resource utilization, spatial pattern and functional zoning of shoreline utilization, ecological shore protection technology, shoreline The development countermeasures and suggestions are analyzed and studied in four aspects. In the comprehensive evaluation of shoreline resource utilization, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the shoreline of the Jiujiang section.Five criteria layers,36 in natural structure, landscape suitability, economic efficiency, ecological health, and utilization efficiency were selected. For the detailed target layer, establish the index evaluation criteria and weight determination separately, and then obtain the evaluation result through the composite calculation of fuzzy matrix and weight. In the spatial pattern and functional zoning of shoreline use, according to the actual situation of the Jiujiang shoreline, the shoreline is divided into 6 types of shoreline, including port, storage, industry, ecological landscape of river crossing, ecological protection and pollution treatment, and special occupation.Based on the collected data,ArcGIS was used to analyze the spatial layout of the shoreline resources utilization of Jiujiang section, and the corresponding utilization characteristics and influencing factors were summarized.Aiming at this,a plan to divide the shoreline utilization of Jiujiang section was proposed, specifically for shoreline protection There are four types of zones, shoreline reserve areas, shoreline control and utilization areas, and shoreline development and utilization areas. In terms of ecological bank protection technology, the 800m dyke bank in the Madang section was selected for ecological bank design. The material characteristics and engineering cost of the three ecological banks were compared and analyzed, and the concrete conditions of the Madang section were selected.Articulated concrete blocks were selected as horses. The ecological bank protection plan of the period. In addition, for the sustainable development of the shoreline resources of the Jiujiang section of the Yangtze River,it is mainly to improve the relevant laws and regulations for the sustainable development of the shoreline, improve the shoreline management system, establish a paid use mechanism of the shoreline, and strengthen the construction of shoreline resources supervision facilities.Four aspects put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the above analysis process, the following research conclusions are drawn:The overall condition of the shoreline of the Jiujiang section of the Yangtze River is"good";there is a relative lack of ecological landscape and the shoreline of the river crossing channel, the overall development of the shoreline resources is insufficient, and the utilization level is not high.Structural contradictions are prominent, and related planning and policy guidance are strong;articulated ecological concrete blocks are suitable for the design of ecological bank protection on the banks of the Madang River.
