About a quarter of the world's energy consumed each year is used to cool and heat buildings and cars,and up to 50%of this heat loss is derived from windows and doors.Common heat insulation materials include indium tin oxide,antimony tin oxide,nanometer lanthanum hexaboride,tungsten bronze,etc.By comparison,it is found that tungsten bronze has excellent physical and chemical properties,and can adjust the transmittance of visible and near-infrared light.At the same time,it has a good shielding effect in the near-infrared region(780-2500 nm),especially in the band of 900-1500 nm,the transmittance of near-infrared light can be reduced to less than 10%.Tungsten bronze material is an ideal transparent heat insulation material,which has important significance in reducing building energy consumption.At present,based on the theory research that cesium and potassium ions can enter the hexagonal clearance,sodium ions can enter the quadrilateral clearance and lithium ions can enter the triangular,quadrilateral and hexagonal clearance,multiple ions can fill the clearance of tungsten bronze,improving the plasma density of tungsten bronze and enhancing the infrared absorption property.In this paper,the co-doped tungsten bronze materials with different concentrations of ions were synthesised by solid phase method,and the impacts of various ion concentrations on the structure and coating properties of cesium tungsten bronze were investigated.The influence of Cs+/K+ion concentration ratio on the structure and coating properties of co-doped CsxK0.32-xWO3 tungsten bronze was investigated.The structure and coating properties of co-doped Cs0.32LiyWO3 tungsten bronze with different Li+ion concentrations were investigated.The results showed that,in the wavelength range of 200 nm-2500 nm,the highest visible light transmittance of CsxWO3 glass coating was up to 78.3%with the increase of co-doped cesium ion concentration x.The lowest infrared transmittance is 2.3%and is ?=73.3%.With the increase of co-doped cesium ion concentration x,the highest visible light transmittance of co-doped CsxK0.32-xWO3 glass coating gradually increased,up to 75.7%.The lowest infrared transmittance gradually decreased to a minimum of 2.8%,and the visible transmittance and infrared shielding performance of pure K0.32WO3 glass coating was worse than that of pure Cs0.32WO3 glass coating.With the increase of co-doped lithium ion concentration y,the intrinsic absorption of Cs0.32LiyWO3 glass coating to ultraviolet light is weakened,and the infrared shielding performance is reduced.In heat insulation performance,CsxWO3 glass coating with good thermal insulation performance:the wavelength of 950 nm infrared irradiation after 150 s,blank glass with Cs0.25WO3 coating of glass temperature is ?T1=16.8?,and Cs0.32WO3 glass coating temperature is?T2=23.1 ?,CS0.32WO3 coating of glass has the best heat insulation performance;co-doped CsxK0.32-xWO3 glass coating has good thermal insulation performance:after irradiation of infrared light at 950 nm for 300 s,the temperature difference between blank glass and pure K0.32WO3 glass coating is ?T1=6.8?,and that between blank glass and pure Cs0.32WO3 glass coating is?T2=12.1?,and the thermal insulation performance of pure Cs0.32WO3 glass coating is better than that of pure K0.32WO3 glass coating.In conclusion,this paper prepared by solid phase method of doped tungsten bronze powder,including OsxWO3,CsxK0.32-xWO3,Cs0.32 LiyWO3,with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the film-forming resin,tungsten bronze glass coating is prepared on the common glass,single doped CsxWO3,co-doped CsxK0.32-xWO3 glass coating has good infrared shielding performance and heat insulation performance,and Cs0.32 WO3 has the excellent infrared shielding performance and insulation performance.The preparation method is simple,low equipment requirements,easy to operate,can achieve a large number of preparetion,is expected to be applied to building doors and windows and automotive glass,has a broad application prospect.
