As the demanding for lithium-ion batteries continues to increase in the market,the technical requirements for lithium-ion batteries also improved.High energy density has become a new development of lithium-ion batteries.Compared with graphite,the main anode material currently used,silicon anode materials have become a new choice for more and more companies.This is mainly due to the higher theoretical specific capacity of silicon materials,which can effectively meet the requirements of increasing the energy density of the battery cells,and at the same time,the silicon reserves are rich and have good research value.This thesis is mainly based on an in-depth study of the application of a silicon carbon graphite anode in lithium ion batteries.(1)In this paper,SWCNT is used as a conductive agent,and the amount of addition in the homogenization process is explored.When the SWCNT content is 0.03%,the cycle performance is the best,and its discharge capacity retention rate is still 84.25%after 200 cycles.(2)This paper screens and explores various binders in the battery process,and concludes that CMC+SBR is used as a binder in the binder of the experimental group,regardless of its viscosity,swelling degree,and rebound rate,its physical properties All are in the middle.For electrochemical performance,the discharge capacity retention rate of the NCM523/silicon-carbon two-electrode soft-pack battery assembled with CMC+SBR as a binder after 200 cycles was greater than 80%,and the remaining combination of soft-pack batteries after 200 cycles The discharge capacity retention rate is less than 80%.Combining with the current use of commercial binders,the binder of the CMC+SBR combination is the currently recommended binder for this silicon carbon graphite composite material.(3)This paper evaluates several major domestic manufacturers by changing the type of electrolyte in the injection process.The influence of the ternary/silicon-carbon electrolyte produced by different manufacturers on the electrochemical performance of soft-pack batteries was studied,and it was concluded that the NCM523/silicon-carbon two-electrode soft-pack battery cycle most suitable for the assembly of the silicon-carbon composite material The electrolyte with multiplying performance is the CAPHEM ternary silicon carbon electrolyte.
