Research On "Urban Double Repair" Mode Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,China’s urbanization has gone through a process with a low starting point,a fast speed and a wide area.The rapid development of urbanization has to a great extent satisfied the people’s yearning for a better life and improved their sense of happiness,satisfaction and gain.However,the rapid urbanization also brings many negative effects,traffic congestion,ecological damage and other problems are increasingly prominent.With the change of the principal contradiction of our society in the new era and the continuous improvement of people’s demand in various aspects,China’s urbanization has entered a new stage of urban renewal."Urban double repair",namely "ecological restoration,urban repair",is the most explicit policy requirement in urban renewal in China.Urban renewal is to promote the continuous improvement of hardware and software in the old city according to the endowment and development demand of each city,and promote the comfortable and livable urban construction,so as to realize the orderly and effective development of the city."Urban double repair" is an urban development strategy proposed according to China’s national conditions,that is,by carrying out "ecological restoration,urban repair",to promote the transformation and development of relevant cities in China,so as to blaze a path of urban development with Chinese characteristics.People’s expectations for the transformation and upgrading of their cities are increasingly strong,so the study of the theory of "urban double repair" is of great significance to the development of urbanization in China.Zhangqiu district is a new district in the east of Jinan city.In the process of urbanization,Zhangqiu district actively promotes urban transformation and development in order to meet the growing residential demand of urban population.In early 2017,focusing on "urban double repair",China formulated a "three-year action plan" focusing on the four major upgrading projects of ecology,transportation,industry and cities,and carried out work to promote urban transformation and development by repairing ecology,optimizing transportation,boosting industry and improving the environment.By the beginning of 2020,the action plan for urban transformation in Zhangqiu district has been basically completed,and its "urban double renovation" work has largely changed the development status quo of disordered urban functional layout,new and old urban appearance and serious ecological damage.Through literature research,case study,investigation and analysis,this paper studies the urban renewal and urban double repair in China.Taking the urban renewal under the background of double repair in Zhangqiu district as an example,it draws the thinking and inspiration for the urban renewal under the mode of double repair in China.At the same time,around how cities from the perspective of ecological restoration and urban repair,promote the implementation of "appearance and temperament" double increase,so as to realize the benign development of urban renewal,which is put forward with chapter grave characteristic of "clear positioning,planning first,policy guidance,the whole domain as a whole,balanced,organic update" urban renewal solution,in order to China’s second-and third-tier cities and county of urban organic renewal and similar areas to provide the reference and reference.
