At present,e-commerce logistics is one of the main ways to export fruit in Xinjiang.However,in the process of e-commerce logistics,some limiting factors of the storage and transportation environment have led to some serious problems,such as the deterioration of postharvest fruit,the decline of the commerciality and edibility,as well as the hidden dangers of food safety.The export sales of fruits with Xinjiang's characteristics reached some hard restricts.Technology of logistics fresh-keeping package has become a technical bottleneck blocking the rapid export of Xinjiang's characteristics fruits.How to improve the technology of Xinjiang's fruit e-commerce packaging technology is the key problem need to be solved urgently.Starch-based degradable film can be completely degraded without causing environmental pollution.It is a new type of packaging cling film.In addition,on the basis of degradability,the addition of bacteriostatic agents and other composite materials can improve and change the bacteriostasis of the film,but the research and application of starch-based degradable film in the preservation of e-commerce logistics packaging of Xinjiang specialty fruits is still fresh There are reports.This study intends to select a starch-based biodegradable membrane?hereinafter referred to as Biosuee membrane?,and store in an environment of temperature?20±1??and humidity of 50%60%.Special fruit products such as seedless white grapes,Dongzao,Saimati apricot and other three kinds of fruits are packaged and fresh-preserved.The effect of different packaging films on the quality of the fruit during storage is evaluated.Packaging cling film required by green development.The main findings are as follows:?1?The effect of BioSuee films with different thicknesses on the storage and transportation quality of seedless white grapes was studied.The seedless white grapes was packaged with BioSuee films of different thicknesses:40?m?B4?,50?m?B5?and 60?m?B6?.The changes of grape fruit storage quality and antioxidant system were analyzed during storage.By the end of storage,compared with the CK storage group,the color difference?a*value?,weight loss rate,and relative conductivity of grape fruits in the B5film storage group were reduced by 46.51%?p<0.05?,21.01%?p<0.05?,and 25.63%?p<0.05?.The good fruit rate,hardness,Soluble solid content?SSC?content,Titratable acidity?TA?content,Vitamin C?Vc?content increased by 50.71%?p<0.05?,20.16%?p<0.05?,24.54%?p<0.05?,48.25%?p<0.05?,40.00%?p<0.05?,respectively.In the meantime,the respiratory intensity of grape fruits in the B5 film was reduced by 0.4 times.The antioxidant activity of SOD?superoxide dismutase,SOD?,CAT?catalase,CAT?,and POD?peroxidase,POD?of grape fruits in the B5 film storage group reached to 0.81±0.06 U,8.28±0.78U,0.35±0.01 U,respectively.The production rate of O2·?and the content of H2O2.were reduced.It was shown that B5 film can significantly delay the senescence process of grape fruits,and can extend the shelf life of grape fruit by about 3 days.?2?The effects of BioSuee film with different formulas on the storage effect of 'Samaiti'apricots were explored.The storage quality and antioxidant system indexes of fresh Samaiti apricots packaged with BioSuee films were analyzed during storage.By the end of storage,compared with the commercially available PE film storage group,the color difference?a*value?,decay rate,weight loss rate,and relative conductivity of apricots in the BioS-3 film storage group were reduced by 26.93%?p<0.05??81.95%?p<0.05??25.84%?p<0.05??8.05%?p<0.05?.The hardness,SSC content,TA content,Vc content increased by 42.45%?p<0.05??25.00%?p<0.05??15.49%?p<0.05??66.21%?p<0.05?.The peak of respiration and ethylene release of fresh apricot fruits was delayed by 2 days,with a decrease by 0.07times of the respiratory intensity and a decrease by 38.70%?p<0.05?of the amount of ethylene release compared with the CK storage group.The activities of antioxidant-related enzymes such as SOD,CAT,and POD in apricots of BioS-3 film were higher than CK group,reaching to 0.56±0.04 U,8.31±0.52 U,and1.43±0.05 U,respectively.The BioS-3 film package reduced the production rate of O2·?and the content of H2O2.The results showed that BioS-3 film has a significant effect in the storage and fresh-keeping application of 'Samaiti'apricot,which can extend the fresh-keeping period of fresh apricot fruits by 34days.?3?The effects of BioSuee film with different formulas on the storage effect of winter jujubes were investigated.The storage quality and antioxidant system indexes of winter jujube fruit during storage were analyzed.By the end of storage,compared with the commercially available PE film storage group,the reddening index,rot rate,weight loss rate,and relative conductivity of the winter jujubes of the BioS-3 film storage group were reduced by 26.93%?p<0.05??81.95%?p<0.05??25.84%?p<0.05??8.05%?p<0.05?The hardness,SSC content,TA content,Vc content increased by 20.40%?p<0.05??21.12%?p<0.05??53.19%?p<0.05??23.97%?p<0.05?,respectively.The peak of respiration and ethylene release of Dongzao fruit was delayed by 4 days,with a decrease by 0.42 times of the respiratory intensity and a decrease by 60.52%?p<0.05?of the amount of ethylene release compared with the CK storage group.The activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD,CAT,and POD in winter jujubes were higher than CK group,reaching to 0.71±0.05 U,10.52±0.60 U,and 1.64±0.05 U,respectively.The BioS-3 film package reduced the production rate of O2·?and the content of H2O2.The results showed that BioS-3 film has a significant effect on the storage and preservation of winter jujube,which can increase its shelf life by about3 days.
