With the extension of oilfield water injection development time,the water content of oil well produced fluids is getting higher and higher,as is the case with oil wells in northern Shaanxi.Generally,there is a certain degree of salinity in the injected water and produced water,which also leads to the increasing corrosion of the tubing and casing of the production well,the corrosion of oil pipe perforation and corrosion rupture,and the aggravation of corrosion deformation.It restricts the development and utilization of oil wells and the improvement of economic benefits.In this paper,the orthogonal test was used to determine the significance order of the influencing factors of corrosion,and the optimal and worst combinations of influencing factors in the corrosion experiment were obtained.Further,the cauldron simulation experiment method and the circulation simulation experiment method were used to carry out single factor change corrosion simulation experiments.The comparison between the results of the kettle-type evaluation experiment and the cycle-type evaluation experiment proved that,firstly,the average corrosion rate results obtained by the cycle-type evaluation experiment under various corrosion conditions were higher than those of the kettle-type evaluation experiment;In the case of the same dosage,the corrosion inhibition effect of the cyclic evaluation was lower;comprehensive analysis confirmed that the flow state and conditions of the fluid medium in the tubular cyclic evaluation method were closer to the site,and can simulate the site corrosion condition more accurately,which has better reference and guidance value.
