In view of the reliability and cost of cable or battery power supply in the intelligent layered water injection measurement and adjustment technology,considering that the injection well has fluid injection and has the power source of the generator,it is necessary to study the self-generation technology of the injection well underground,so this paper A turbo-generator designed for powering downhole equipment of water injection wells is designed to simplify the structure of the measurement and adjustment system,improve reliability,and realize intelligent water injection,so that the oil field can increase production and income while reducing costs.By comparing the structure of the offset turbine generator and the Slim Pulse downhole mud turbine generator,combined with the special working conditions of the injection well,the downhole generator of the injection well was studied and structured,and a suitable one for the injection well was designed.The eccentric turbine generator structure realizes the purpose of using the water injection well liquid power generation in the eccentric channel of the water injection well to provide power for the downhole measurement and adjustment instrument of the water injection well.The structural dimensions of the turbine part and the generator part are calculated,and when the required conditions are met,the geometric dimensions of the turbine and generator fixed rotor structure are calculated.On the basis of structural design,the fluid module of COMSOL software is used to simulate and analyze the turbine flow channel.By analyzing the number of turbine blades,helix lift angle and blade height,they obtain the axial force,torque,pressure drop,After comparative analysis of the influence relationship of hydraulic efficiency,better turbine size structure data is obtained.At the same time,the two-dimensional magnetic field analysis of the generator was performed using COMSOL software.Modeling and simulation of different permanent magnets,stator coils,and air gap sizes were carried out.The effects of size changes on magnetic flux density,magnetic torque,stator losses,and rotor losses were analyzed.,And obtained the better generator size structure data,and verified that the final theoretical data can meet the design requirements through simulation.This paper is of guiding significance for the further research of water injection well turbine generator.
