The grid is not sufficient to provide the high power demand of electric workover rigs when performing workover operations due to the power limitations of the wellsite grid.If a single power supply is used to supplement the power,there are problems such as a smaller specific power of the battery and a smaller specific energy of the super capacitor.In order to solve the above problems,a compound power supply to supplement the power of the electric workover rig is introduced,and a power system scheme based on the compound power supply is designed.In addition,the energy management strategy suitable for workover operation conditions is studied,reasonably controlling the energy flow of the system,so that the complementary advantages of the two power sources can be brought into play.In this paper,the workover operation characteristics were analyzed,and the different composite power supply topologies were compared to determine the overall structural scheme of the dual DC / DC parallel power system.Based on the 40-ton workover rig power index,a reasonable selection,parameter matching and modeling of composite power supply system and drive motor were carried out combined with the energy and power requirements of the electric workover.According to the working mode of electric workover rig,three energy management strategies were formulated,including logic threshold control strategy of composite power supply,logic threshold control strategy based on local optimization,fuzzy control strategy,and the above three energy management strategy models were established.The overall model of the power system was built on the SIMULINK platform,the simulation workover working conditions were formulated and simulation experiments were conducted.The results show that: the design of the power system is reasonable.The compound power supply under the control of three strategies can provide compensation power and achieve different degrees of energy and power flow complementarity.Compared with the other two strategies,the fuzzy control strategy can make the maximum charge and discharge current,energy flow and SOC fluctuations lower,indicating that the third strategy can protect the battery more effectively and extend the service life of the system.
