This thesis focuses on inorganic high-temperature resistant drilling fluids material as the research object.Among the various drilling fluid treatment agents, positive electrode gel is used as an inhibitor, graphite is used as a lubricant, and asbestos fiber is used as a fluid loss reducer.Synthesis, surface treatment of graphite and asbestos, evaluation of three inorganic drilling fluid treatment agents,so as to select the best raw material ratio for positive electrode gel synthesis, the optimal amount of graphite and asbestos surface treatment agent, and these three Temperature resistance of drilling fluid treatment agent.?1?The positive electrode gel was synthesized using MgCl2·6H2O and Al Cl3·6H2O as raw materials. The results of positive electrode gel were analyzed by X-ray diffraction experiments and scanning electron microscope experiments. The evaluation was performed. Finally, the inhibition mechanism of the synthesized positive electrode gel was analyzed by laser particle size experiment,Zeta potential experiment,X-ray diffraction experiment, and thermogravimetric experiment. Finally, the rheological evaluation of the drilling fluid containing the positive electrode gel was performed. Both the linear expansion experiment and the mud ball experiment show that the positive electrode gel has a strong inhibitory effect on the hydration expansion and hydration dispersion of the bentonite.Evaluation of drilling fluid rheological properties shows that positive galvanic gel has an increasing effect on the shearing force of drilling fluid, and the performance of drilling fluid is also good at 200°C.?2?The surface of natural flake graphite was treated with a cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium chloride solution to solve the problem that natural flake graphite could not be dispersed in the drilling fluid due to hydrophobicity. The optimal mass ratio of graphite to cetyltrimethylammonium chloride was selected in absorbance experiments and contact angle experiments. The processed graphite was subjected to laser particle size experiments,Zeta potential experiments, and scanning electron microscope experiments for mechanism analysis.Subsequently, the rheological evaluation of the treated graphite in the drilling fluid was performed, and at the same time, the extreme pressure wetting coefficient was measured by an extreme pressure lubrication coefficient tester to select the optimal proportion of graphite in the drilling fluid. The lubricity evaluation of the drilling fluid after high temperature hot rolling shows that graphite has a significant improvement in the lubricity of the drilling fluid at 200°C.?3?Using the cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium chloride as a surface treatment agent, the surface of asbestos fibers was treated to solve the problem of asbestos fibers entanglement in drilling fluid, and the mechanism analysis of asbestos fibers surface was performed by scanning electron microscope experiments.Subsequently, asbestos fibers with different concentrations of surface treatment were added to the drilling fluid, and the performance of the drilling fluid was evaluated at different temperatures. The experimental results show that asbestos fibers have a good filtration loss reduction effect on the drilling fluid, and at 200°C The reduction of filtration loss still performed well.
