In recent years,with the rapid development of nanotechnology and new polymer materials,polymers with special microstructures have been widely used in microelectronics,biomedicine,data storage and functional devices,therefore,the research on the construction of patterned structural thin films by the polymer under different imprinting methods has been paid more and more attention by researchers.The construction of patterned thin films by different imprinting methods will cause changes in the orientation of polymer molecules and crystals,which will lead to changes in the molecular structure of the polymer,resulting in greatly different properties and applications of polymer polymer materials,therefore,the construction of the polymer patterned structural thin films based on imprinting method has a broad prospect and far-reaching guiding significance for the development and application of polymer polymer materials.In this paper,the typical conjugated polymer poly3-hexylthiophene(P3HT)was used as the research object,conjugated the polymer P3 HT thin films were obtained based on solution spinning,different solvent vapors were used to patterned the thin films surface based on solvent-vapor nanoimprinting lithography(SV-NIL)technology,and the ploymer thin films surface based on the polymer poly(4-vinyl phenol)(PVPh)thin films were patterned based on different imprinting methods.This article investigated whether the conjugated polymer P3 HT patterned structure thin films can be successfully constructed by using different solvent vapor and different imprinting methods,and the effects on the molecular and crystal orientation of the constructed conjugated polymer P3 HT patterned structure thin films,summarizes the law of molecular and crystal orientation change of conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films.We first used the solution spinning method to obtain the conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films,using polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as the template,through different solvent vapors,using SV-NIL method to construct the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films.Using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to characterize the surface morphology of the conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films constructed by different solvent vapor,it was found that the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films were successfully constructed.Then,the molecular and crystal orientations of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films constructed by different solvent vapor were characterized by grazing incidence wide angle X-ray diffraction(GIWAXD),it was found that chloroform and chlorobenzene under the action of the solvent vapor of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films had the edge-on molecular orientation of form II crystal structure,and carbon disulfide under the action of the solvent vapor of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films with form II and form I two crystal structure of the face-on molecular orientation.Therefore,solvent vapor plays an important role in the formation of molecular orientation of the polymer nano patterned structures.We then studied the molecular and crystal orientation of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films subjected to different solvent vapors after thermal annealing treatment,discovery chloroform and chlorobenzene under the action of the solvent vapor of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nanometer films after annealing line pattern structure with form I crystal structure of the edge-on molecular orientation,carbon disulfide under the action of the solvent vapor of the conjugated polymers P3 HT nanometer thin films after annealing line pattern structure with form I crystal structure of the face-on molecular orientation,therefore,the stability of form II crystal structure mainly depends on the process of thermal annealing.The edge-on molecular orientation can exist in form II crystal structure,and the face-on molecular orientation can exist in both form II and form I crystal structures,however,the specific choice of molecular orientation mainly depends on the orientation type of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned thin films before annealing,and the molecular orientation of the conjugated the polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films is still affected by solvent vapor after annealing.We also used PDMS as a template to construct the conjugate polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films based on the polymer PVPh films and the polymer PVPh nano line patterned structural thin films by hot imprinting,at the same time,SV-NIL method was used to construct the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films based on the polymer PVPh thin films under the action of tetrahydrofuran solvent vapor,AFM was used to characterize the surface morphology of conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films,polymer PVPh thin films,conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films under the action of tetrahydrofuran and conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films after heat treatment and conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films.It was found that the conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films,the polymer PVPh thin films and the conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films under the action of tetrahydrofuran were successfully constructed,It shows that the polymer PVPh thin films as the substrate can be imprinted and imprinted successfully in the process of hot stamping.In the patterning process of conjugated polymer P3 HT thin films with polymer PVPh thin films as the substrate,PDMS was used as the template,and the polymer PVPh layer of the lower substrate was imprinted by hot stamping method,conjugated polymer P3 HT nanoline patterned structure thin films has been completely restricted,the characteristic size of the polymer thin films constructed under different conditions and different methods has a strong consistency with that of the corresponding imprinting template PDMS,different imprinting methods can make the surface of polymer thin films become orderly,and the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films based on the polymer PVPh films constructed by different imprinting methods can be completely limited,at the same time,it was found that the surface of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line patterned structural thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films at the heat treatment temperature was also relatively orderly,but fuzzy collapse occurred,so the temperature had a certain influence on the patterned structure of the conjugated polymer P3 HT nano line thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films.Then use GIWAXD on hot imprinting and SV-NIL different imprinting methods such as constructing the P3 HT conjugated polymer nano line pattern thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films of molecular and crystal orientation were characterized,found that both hot printing method and SV-NIL method for P3 HT conjugated polymer nano line pattern structure thin films based on polymer PVPh thin films of molecular and crystal orientation before and after the pattern has not changed,only the edge-on molecular orientation,the conjugated polymer molecular and crystal orientation of P3 HT for the future studies provide basis and direction.By studying the nano line patterned structural thin films constructed by the conjugated polymer P3 HT based on the imprinting method and the molecular and crystal orientations,it can help us better under different imprinting method to study the polymer nano line patterned structural thin films,and would allow us to have clear understanding of the polymer nano line patterned structural thin films change rule and influence factors of molecular and crystal orientation,enrich our to control the means and methods of the polymer thin films crystal orientation,It is beneficial for us to better develop the application of polymer and promote the development of polymer,and also lay solid foundation for the polymer science.
