Quinoline and benzodihydropyran-4-one compounds have important application value in heterocyclic chemicals, these compounds, which are widely found in natural products, also have important medical effects in pharmaceutical chemistry. Therefore, the research and development of quinoline and benzodihydropyran-4-one compounds have attracted the attention of various chemists. In the past few years, the synthesis of various compounds by photocatalysis has made great progress in the field of organic chemistry.Recently, methods for synthesizing organic compounds without photosensitizers promoted by visible light have been successively reported, and have gradually become a popular research direction in this field. This article describes the synthesis of quinoline and benzodihydropyran-4-one compounds under visible light. The specific research contents are as follows:1.The synthesis of 2-alkylquinoline by visible light was studied.A series of2-alkylquinoline products were synthesized at room temperature with TPT(2,4,6-triphenylpyran-boron tetrafluoride)as photocatalyst, acetonitrile as solvent,o-methylaniline and vinyl ether as substrate by visible light irradiation at 450-455 nm.The synthesis of quinoline by o-toluidine and alkene ether at room temperature was realized for the first time. The reaction has good substrate expandability and higher atomic economy.Compared with traditional synthesis methods, the reaction conditions have the advantages of green cleaning, safety, environmental protection and controllability.2.The visible light promoted synthesis of sulfone groups with salicylaldehyde allyl ether and p-toluenesulphonic acid as substrate was studied. In this reaction, ammonium persulfate was used as photocatalyst and oxidant, dimethylsulfoxide was mixed with water as solvent, and a series of sulfonated benzodihydropyran-4-one compounds weresynthesized under the irradiation of visible light for 12 hours at room temperature.Compared with the traditional synthesis method of benzodihydropyrans, the reaction has the advantages of environmental protection and easy control. Moreover, the reaction has a high substrate spectral property and a high yield of sulfonation products can be obtained.
