Wheat soil-borne diseases have seriously affected wheat production in China,so the use of fungicides treatment for seeds has become a universal measure for preventing and controlling soil fungal diseases.Prothioconazole is a widely used broad-spectrum triazole thione fungicide,but it has a certain harm to fish,resulting in certain restrictions in its use.Microencapsulation technology is one of the effective ways to solve the problems above.Therefore,in this paper,TDI and DETA are used as wall materials,and interfacial polymerization is used to prepare microcapsules,with optimized synthesis conditions.The prepared 6%prothioconazole microcapsule suspension seed coating agent was used for seed treatment,of wheat to complete a series of field and indoor pot experiments.The effects of prothioconazole microcapsule seed coating agent on the safety and physiological and biochemical indexes of wheat seedlings,and the control effect on wheat soil-borne diseases will be profoundly evaluated.The results of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Final formula of 6%Prothioconazole Microcapsule Suspension Seed Coating:prothioconazole 6%,ethyl acetate 24%,TX-18 9%,sodium lignosulfonate 1.6%,PVA 1.5%,diethylenetriamine 0.9%,TDI 2%,isooctanol 0.1%,film-forming agent 4%,and colorant 6%.(2)Observe that the system is in good condition,with moderate viscosity and good stability.Observation of microcapsules by optical microscopy shows that the encapsulation rate is high.The particle size measured by the Malvern laser particle size distribution analyzer is d90:20.65 ?m,which all meet the microcapsule standard.(3)Effect of preventionField experiment shows that 6%Prothioconazole Microcapsule Suspension Seed Coating agent has a good controlling effect on Wheat Sheath blight.The control effects on Jimai 22 and Yangmai 20 are 62.57%and 59.30%respectively,The control effect was similar to that of the control agents kulas and oberar.Pot experiment shows that the average controlling effect of microencapsulated seed coating agent on wheat root rot is 66.15%;the average control effect on the control of wheat total erosion was 57.41%;the average control effect on the control of wheat stem rot was 61.20%,slightly higher than the control.(4)In the indoor pot experiment,the average seedling emergence rate,root length,dry weight and fresh weight of wheat were 87%,6.973 cm,1.49 g,13.64 g,respectively,which were higher than the average of 85.77%,6.95 cm,1.29 g,13.27 g of the blank control group,showing the growth promoting effect;the average seedling length of wheat was 17.436 cm,slightly lower than the average of 18.77 cm of blank control.The results of comprehensive investigation on wheat seedling stage in other field and pot experiments showed that the seed treatment of microcapsule SC had a certain promoting effect on the seedling rate,root length,fresh weight and dry weight of the two wheat varieties,and had a certain inhibitory effect on the seedling length of wheat.It is safe and safe to wheat seeds,and has a certain development prospect.
