In recent years,our country of the Cathode Ray Tube display the amount of waste is increasing,due to the Cathode Ray Tube waste glass?CRT waste glass?containing large amount of heavy metal oxides such as BaO,PbO,if not reasonable use of it will do great harm to environment.Studies have shown that CRT waste glass can be processed into coarse and fine aggregate and applied to concrete.When the content of CRT waste glass is controlled reasonably,the radiation protection performance of concrete can be improved without causing damage to the environment.In the process of processing CRT waste glass into coarse and fine aggregate,a fine aggregate with particle size less than 0.15mm?including CRT waste glass powder less than 0.075mm?will be formed.However,there is no literature record on the influence of CRT waste glass fine aggregate on the performance of barite radiation-proof concrete.At present,the research on the influence of mechanical sand fine aggregate and barite fine aggregate on concrete performance shows that as long as the content of fine aggregate is controlled to be around 10%,the fine aggregate can improve the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete.If CRT waste glass fine aggregates can play a role in improving workability,mechanical properties and radiation resistance in barite radiation-proof concrete,it will be widely used in nuclear power plants,national defense construction and medical facilities.Compact concrete has certain practical significance,and can also be turned into waste to promote the application of CRT waste glass,thereby bringing greater environmental protection value.The study on the effect of CRT waste glass fine aggregate on the performance of barite radiation-proof concrete has certain reference value for the application of CRT waste glass in concrete.In the study,CRT waste glass fine aggregates with a particle size of less than 0.15mm were mixed into barite anti-radiation concrete with 0%,4%,6%,8%,and 10%of the quality of barite sand,designed the C30 barite anti-radiation and C30 concrete barite anti-radiation self-compacting concrete mixture ratio,two conducted under the condition of different mixture CRT waste glass fine aggregate of barite anti-radiation concrete working properties,mechanical properties and the influence of radiation protection performance test,numerical simulation and FLUENT software for C30 barite anti-radiation self-compacting concrete slump test is simulated,The following conclusions are drawn:1.Work performance:The critical value of CRT waste glass fine aggregate in different mix ratio is different.Among them,with the increase of CRT waste glass fine aggregate content,the slump,slump extension and apparent density of C30 barite radiation-proof concrete first increase and then decrease.The optimal content of slump and slump extension is 6%,and the optimal content of apparent density is 6%8%.C30 barite anti-radiation of self-compacting concrete slump and slump degree of extension and apparent density increases first and then decreases,and V funnel through time,T500 extended time reduce to improve first,slump,the slump spread best dosage range of 6%8%,the apparent density of optimal dosage of 6%,V funnel through time,T500 flow time optimal dosage range of 6%8%.2.Mechanical properties:CRT waste glass fine aggregates have the best blending effect on the mechanical properties of different mixing ratios.Among them,as the increase of CRT waste glass fine aggregate content,C30 barite anti-radiation and C30 concrete barite anti-radiation self-compacting concrete cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus increase first and then decreases,and the optimum content of C30 barite anti-radiation concrete range of 6%8%,C30 barite anti-radiation the optimum content of self-compacting concrete is 6%.3.Radiation protection performance:The radiation protection performance is studied through the gamma-ray shielding test.With the increase of CRT waste glass fine aggregate content,C30 barite anti-radiation and C30 concrete barite anti-radiation self-compacting concrete line absorption coefficient increases first and then decreases,the half layer thickness and ten times attenuation thickness decrease first and then increase,the required thickness decreases by0.030.08cm,the optimum content of C30 barite anti-radiation concrete is 8%,C30 barite radiation protection range of the optimum content of self-compacting concrete is 6%8%.4.Numerical simulation:Numerical simulation software FLUENT was used to conduct numerical simulation on the slump test of C30 barite radiation-proof self-compacting concrete.Compared with the corresponding experimental results,it was found that the experimental value is in good agreement with the numerical solution.This shows that the herschel-bulklkey model characterizing C30 barite radiation-proof self-compacting concrete and FLUENT numerical simulation software are feasible to simulate the slump test of C30 barite radiation-proof self-compacting concrete.
