In dealing with sudden hazardous chemical leakage accidents,the key to solving the evacuation and transfer of personnel and important property is to determine the location of the leakage source and the information of the source strength to gauge the scope of the impact of leakage.In the process of determining the leakage source information of hazardous chemicals,data collection is a necessary condition for hazardous chemicals location.The reasonable layout of sensor network plays a key role in the effective collection of monitoring area information in the chemical industry park.Based on the cooperation of multi-source data,this paper carries out the research on the location method and Simulation of dangerous chemical gas leakage sources.The specific research contents are as follows.(1)The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm based on adaptive mutation factor is applied to the inverse calculation of the leakage source intensity,which can quickly and accurately obtain the leakage source intensity information in the leakage accident of hazardous chemicals.The theoretical concentration calculated by Gaussian plume diffusion model and the error square sum of the measured concentration of the sensor are used as the objective function,so that the problem of leakage source location can be transformed into an optimization problem.(2)A mobile sensor strategy based on extended Kalman filter is proposed,which updates the estimation of state variables by using the estimated values of the previous time and the observed values of the current time,and then plans the mobile strategy.By introducing the optimization result memory,the interference of the random error of the optimization algorithm to the path planning of the mobile sensor is reduced,and the vibration of the path of the mobile sensor is avoided,so as to improve the positioning efficiency.(3)A coverage optimization algorithm for sensor networks based on heterogeneous mobile characteristics is proposed.When arranging fixed sensor networks,fixed sensors are divided into fixed deployment sensors and mobile deployment sensors.The two types of sensors adopt different deployment strategies to ensure the uniform distribution of sensors.While improving the coverage of sensornetworks,the number of sensors is too large to cause information redundancy.(4)Proposed a sensor network layout modeling based on combined wind and wind speed probability distribution,analyzed the influence of environmental parameters on the leakage of hazardous chemicals,applied the wind direction and wind speed statistical probability to the sensor network layout method,combined with the heterogeneous mobile characteristics.The fixed sensor network deployment strategy introduces the mobile sensor into the sensor network to form a coordinated positioning network,and establishes a sensor network model of multi-source data co-localization while ensuring the positioning accuracy.
