When high-phosphorus oolitic hematite as iron-containing raw materials for silicon-free dephosphorization iron extraction,due to disseminated fine grain size,composition and structure of complex,mud and high phosp horus and other characteristics.It often lead to iron ore grade low iron,low recovery rate,while higher phosphorus,higher cost of mineral processing.So it severely restrict the large-scale development and utilization of such ore.In this experiment,we try to develop iron red with high-phosphorus oolitic hematite as raw material,and provide a new scheme for the development and utilization of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite.Through the ore for roasting treatment,sorting impurity,acid leaching test,iron red preparation and a series of process conditions test,and ultimately determine the preparation of advanced iron red complete process.Firstly,high-phosphorus oolitic hematite was pretreated to obtain high-phosphorus oolitic hematite as the original sample,magnetized roasting-magnetic concentrate and metallized roasting-magnetic concentrate samples.Then,the acid leaching test of three kinds of samples showed that the ore samples were not easily leached,and the iron grade was low and the impurity content was higher.The leaching rate of calcined-magnetic concentrate is lower than that of 29.41%.The effect of acid leaching-magnetic concentrate is the best,and it can reach 92.89%at room temperature.The optimum conditions of acid leaching were determined as follows:the concentration of sulfuric acid was 1.8mol/L,the ratio of liquid to solid was 10ml/g,the leaching temperature was 25?,time 30min,iron ore does not wear conditions,stirring speed 200r/min.Iron red preparation test results show that acid hydrolysis concentration,hydrolysis pH,temperature and so on have a greater impact on the precipitation.the best hydrolysis p H is 4,hydrolysis temperature is 25?.Process acid leaching solution first,at room temperature to less impurity content O f the acid leach solution slowly adding oxidant H2O2,so that Fe2+oxidation of Fe3+and then maintain the filtrate pH value of 4,that is Fe3+hydrolysis precipitation balance pH,hydrolysis of the precipitate was washed and dried,calcined to get iron red products.Through the test can eventually get the purity of 99.5%of high quality iron red.
