With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand of oil reserves has increased dramatically,to carry out the expansion project,and the construction of auxiliary facilities has become the main direction of the current energy reserve in the vicinity of the original oil tank area,but the excavation blasting project will affect both the safety and stability of oil tank and underground pipeline structure.And the perturbation problem of this power has become a research hotspot.Using the implicit ANSYA/LS-DYNA explicit order solution method,combining the fluid solid coupling algorithm,studies the dynamic responses of large storage tanks under the blasting load,and analyzed the influence of blasting disturbance of different pipeline structure,get the following conclusion:(1)the material mechanics and structural dynamics and the combination of cylindrical shell theory based on the theoretical analysis of coupled system theory and the liquid storage tank from the explicit dynamics,introduces the coupling system of differential equations of motion of liquid storage tank;tank will be regarded as underground pipe bending vibration problems were analyzed and established oil the axial and lateral vibration equation of pipeline.(2)in the case of blasting vibration,the vibration velocity of the particle in the horizontal direction of the top of the tank of the large oil storage tank has no amplification effect.Due to the structural characteristics of blasting vibration and load characteristics of oil storage tank,the tank wall particle velocity distribution is complex,so the tank wall at the top of the particle velocity can reflect the degree of influence of blasting vibration on the storage tank in some aspects,but not to the local particle vibration velocity of blasting vibration on oil tank safety.(3)summary of the tank wall in different position of the particle velocity and tank wall stress distribution,the influence of blasting load on the oil storage tank is mainly concentrated in the face of blasting and the lower part of the tank wall face of blasting the weakest part of the height is about 3M,prone to elephant foot yield;tank bottom uplift with the height of the liquid level in the tank displacement increases linearly.(4)in the main frequency range of blasting vibration,the vibration velocity ofthe particle on the tank wall decreases with the decrease of the blasting vibration frequency when the load frequency is much larger than the natural frequency of the oil tank.The 13?17m of the pipe wall at the back surface is the largest area of the vibration response of the tank.In this paper,the optimal liquid level in the tank is about 5m,and the analysis results provide theoretical support for the safety of the project.(5)through the analysis of the dynamic response of different pipe structure under blasting,blasting was found under the same conditions,particle vibration peak velocity in horizontal straight pipe and axial direction is far greater than the tubular pipe,and the vibration frequency is higher than that of intersecting pipe.But in the vertical direction,intersecting pipe velocity is about 2.08?2.65 times of straight pipe,either through pipes or tubular pipe,the vertical peak vibration velocity of pipeline,Nakabe Jinno presents the top and bottom of the maximum minimum vibration characteristics.
