One-way liquid transport textile(JFs)is a new type of textile developed by combining bionics,interface chemistry,polymer chemistry and other disciplines.It is widely used in sports fabric,intelligent sensing and industrial production.Therefore,how to realize the green and controllable preparation methods and the high durability in the use process is the current research focus.Based on the green polysiloxane materials,the green and durable JFs was prepared by the design of raw material molecular structure,the selection of initiation system and the improvement of experimental method.Firstly,from the preparation method of fully hydrophobic textiles,two types of JFs textiles were obtained by improving the distribution method of initiator and the selection of raw materials.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Hydrophobic cotton fabric was prepared by grafting polymerization using vinylcontaining polydimethylsiloxane(VPDMS)and octavinyloctasilasesquioxane(VPOSS)as raw materials,and cerium ammonium nitrate(CAN)as initiator.On this basis,the long chain alkyl monomer and fluorinated monomer were introduced by mercapto/olefin click-chemical method for secondary modification.FTIR,XPS and SEM were used to characterize the chemical structure and morphology of the modified fiber surface.It was found that the contact Angle was up to 153° when VPDMS and VPOSS were copolymerized and grafted,and 164° when PFDCMC was used for secondary modification.The results of abrasion resistance,water resistance and acid resistance experiments show that PFDCMC modified cotton cloth has the best hydrophobic property and self-repairing property.(2)On the basis of the first experiment,the hydrophobic polymer monomer was grafted on the side of non-woven fabric by fog polymerization method.The characterization of FTIR,XPS,SEM and contact Angle showed that VPDMS and VPOSS were grafted onto the fiber side successfully,and JFs was obtained.It is found that the hydrophobically modified layer has good durability through the experiments of water resistance,friction resistance and acid resistance of JFs hydrophobic layer.Through water collection experiment,floating experiment,underwater oil absorption experiment and oil-water separation experiment,it is found that JFs has a good water collection effect because of its directional water transmission characteristics,can remove oil in water,can be applied to oil-water separation,and the separation efficiency of light oil,heavy oil and water is more than 99%.(3)The preparation method of JFs was developed in the form of chemical reaction induced by ultraviolet light.JFs was prepared by using benzoin dimethyl ether(DMPA)as photoinitiator,VPDMS and PETMP as raw materials.The modified fabric was characterized by FTIR,XPS,SEM and contact Angle analyzer,and it was found that VPDMS and PETMP were successfully cross-linked on the light side of non-woven fabric.It is found that JFs has good durability by the tests of water resistance,friction resistance and acid and alkali resistance.Water collection,floating,underwater oil absorption and oil-water separation experiments were carried out on JFs,and it was found that JFs has excellent water collection effect,its directional liquid transport speed is better than that of fog polymerization JFs,and the separation efficiency in oilwater separation experiment is more than 99%.
