The living and working environment of green environmental protection,safe and cleaner pr oduction are the basis of human survival.The industrial exhaust emissions and treatment of indu strial waste gas have been paid more and more attention,especially the treatment?degradation methods and technology research of VOCs(volatile organic compounds)produced and discharge d by industrial pollution sources is very important and urgent to study appropriate research meth ods.Activated carbon adsorption method is a traditional process for treating VOCs,which consu mes too much activated carbon,while using ozone alone to treat VOCs is limited by many occasi ons.The combined degradation of VOCs by ozone-activated carbon process is also very good in many places.ozone generating sheet is a kind of device which can produce ozone.It is suitable f or disinfection,deodorization and degradation in many occasion.it is inexpensive to prepare and has a long service life.The positive discharge electrode of ozone generating sheet has a very imp ortant influence on the oxygen production performance of the ozone generating sheet.In this Ma ster's thesis a kind of low-cost?easy-to-use and high-yield ozone generating sheet was obtaine d by exploring the electrode materials of the positive discharge of the ozone generating sheet.Th e ozone produced by the ozone generating sheet and the activated carbon work together to degra de and treat VOCs.At the same time,the effect of different conditions on the efficiency of VOCs degradation by the ozone-activated carbon process was discussed.The research content of this Master's thesis is divided into the following two parts:1?Study on the preparation and performance of ozone generating sheetBased on the technology of gas discharge along the surface,air is used as the source of ozon e,and the method of screen printing is used to prepare the ozone generating sheet.Through the d iscussion of the electrode materials of the ozone generating sheet,the electrode materials used in the experiment generally include:conductive phase(functional phase),binding phase and organi c carrier.The composition of the conductive phase has a great influence on the conductivity of the po sitive electrode paste and the ozone production of the ozone generating sheet.The binding phase has a great influence on the viscosity of electrode paste?sintering form and adhesion between el ectrode and substrate.The organic carrier has great influence on the mixing and viscosity of elect rode paste.by adjusting the composition ratio of conductive phase,binding phase and organic ca rrier.it obtained the:conducting phase(functional phase):binding phase:organic carrier=72:2:26,conducting phase(tungsten:molybdenum:nickel=7:1:2),binding phase(Bi2O3:B2O3:SiO2:BaO2=5:2:2:1),organic carrier(terpineol:ethyl cellulose:dimethyl phthalate=20:3:2).The vis cosity of the positive electrode paste is suitable,and the positive electrode material formed after sintering has better properties in oxidation resistance?moisture resistance?electron migration resistance?conductivity?density?adhesion and so on.the factors influening the performance of ozone generating sheet include discharge time?AC voltage?oxygen flow rate.The working conditions for the operation of the ozone generating sheet are as follows:disch arge time is about 70 minutes,AC voltage range is 220 V?260 V,the oxygen flow rate is about 1.7 L/min,and the ozone production can reach 8760 mg/h.2?Study on the application of ozone activated carbon process in the degradation of o rganic waste gasThis paper systematically studies the degradation effect of ozone-activated carbon process o n organic waste gas.Toluene,xylene,formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,trichloromethane and dichlor omethane were studied as typical organic waste gas.This process was used to degrade several or ganic gases,and the effect of this process on the degradation efficiency of different organic wast e gases was studied.The research conditions include:ozone concentration?organic waste gas c oncentration?activated carbon content?reaction time?reaction temperature.The experimental results show that with the increase of ozone concentration,the degradatio n efficiency of VOCs will increase;the degradation efficiency will obviously increase with the i ncrease of activated carbon content;the degradation efficiency will increase.with the increase o f reaction time.The best experimental conditions are as follows:the concentration of ozone is 3 mg/L,the concentration of organic waste gas is 40mg/L,the reaction time is 25min,the conte nt of activated carbon is 20g and the temperature is 25?,the degradation efficiency can reach about 60%.
