In recent years, the slime water in many domestic coal preparation plants has gradually become highly sludged. The particles of highly sludged slime water have the characteristics of fine particle size, complex mineral composition, easy hydration, and difficult settlement The production process of the coal plant has a negative impact. When the situation is serious,it will make it difficult for the coal plant to continue production.Kaolinite is one of the main minerals of highly slimed coal slime water, and it is also an importantindustrial and agricultural raw material. If the kaolinite in coal slime water is enriched and sorted,it will not only reduce the difficulty of sedimentation and dehydration of coal slime water, but also It can comprehensively utilize resources, avoid waste of resources, and contribute to the social economy.Due to the complex mineral composition in slime water, there are few studies on the flotation separation of fine kaolinite from slime water. Therefore, the flotation characteristics of minerals such as coal, kaolinite, quartz and montmorillonite in slime water Research is very important,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the separation of kaolinite from coal slime flotation. In this thesis, kaolinite, quartz, montmorillonite and coal in coal slime water are the research objects, and the effects of different types of agents, agent concentration, solution properties and particle size on the flotation characteristics of kaolinite, quartz, montmorillonite and coal are explored..Floatation test of kaolinite and quartz, kaolinite and montmorillonite, kaolinite and coal, kaolinite and quartz, kaolinite and montmorillonite, and kaolinite and coal To separate kaolinite from coal slime water by flotation. The test results show that under the condition of cationic collector(DAA?DMDA),coal and kaolinite and other minerals have better floatability in the environment of non-strong alkaline solution, kaolinite and quartz, kaolinite and coal are in this collector. The difference in floatability under conditions is small, the difference in floatability between kaolinite and montmorillonite at a concentration of 0.1 mmol/L is large, and the difference in recovery rate is at least 50%;under anionic collector conditions(Sodium oleate),Kaolinite has better floatability when the solution is neutral, montmorillonite has better floatability under acidic conditions, and quartz has better floatability under strong alkaline conditions. The change of properties has little effect on the floatability of coal;under the condition of non-ionic collector(N-dodecane),the solution environment has little effect on the recovery rate of minerals such as coal and kaolinite, and the floatability of minerals such as coal and kaolinite The difference is large;in the system of 0.8mmol/L sodium oleate+1.0mmol/L Ca2+,the separation efficiency of kaolinite and quartz under the conditions of pH 6 and 12 is 61.68%and 80.08%respectively.Kaolinite and montmorillonite are more difficult to separate in the mixed flotation test, and the highest flotation separation efficiency is 23.04%;the separation effect of kaolinite and coal is ideal,at 800g/t n-dodecane +100g/t MIBC conditions The flotation separation efficiency is higher than 80%;in the artificial mixed flotation test of kaolinite and various slime particles, the coal is separated by one flotation, and the separation efficiency is greater than 86%.The secondary flotation passes reverse flotation Way to enrich kaolinite.Figure[57]Table[21]Reference[87]...
