With the progress and development of society, people have lived a more colorful and convenient life, but also accompanied by environmental pollution, which occupies the main aspect is the excessive discharge of metal ions in industrial wastewater. These harmful components will affect the growth and development of human body and even endanger life with biological circulation,so the establishment of a rapid and effective metal ion analysis and detection technology has become a demand in many fields.Compared with the traditional detection method, the detection instrument of spectral analysis method has the advantages of simple operation, fast analysis speed, good selectivity and high sensitivity,so it is widely used in environmental analysis, biochemistry and so on.Based on the extensive delocalization of triphenylmethane dyes?electronic systems can interact with different inorganic metal ions and change the absorbance, fluorescence properties or resonance Rayleigh scattering of the system through the reaction before and after, and then identify and detect trace inorganic metal ions. The concrete content as follows:?1?The introduction mainly introduces the structural properties of triphenylmethane dyes and their experimental analysis applications in recent years, the characteristics and applications of fluorescence analysis, the historical development, principle and application of resonance Rayleigh scattering.?2?Two systems for the determination of trace molybdenum???by fluorescence method were established respectively, using the newly synthesized rhodamine B derivative RDB-HH??ex/?em=526 nm/588 nm?and SRDBS??ex/?em=496 nm/572 nm?,using HCl-H3PO4+KBrO3+RDB-HH+Mo???and HCl-H3PO4+KBrO3+SRDBS+Mo???two systems,in HCl-H3PO4 acid medium, and within a certain concentration range, the fluorescence intensity of the system has a good linear relationship with the concentration of molybdenum???ions, the linear ranges are 2.0?18.0?g/m L,0.8?4.0?g/mL,detection limits are 0.6390?g/m L,0.0955?g/m L,optimized the experimental conditions, and investigated the interference of other ions.?3?Two systems for the determination of trace titanium???by rhodamine B derivative fluorescence method were established, using newly synthesized RDB-HH??ex/?em=526nm/588 nm?and SSRD??ex/?em=531 nm/595 nm?,the test systems are:HCl+H2O2+RDB-HH+Ti???and H2SO4+H2O2+SSRD+Ti???,under the best experimental conditions,as the concentration of titanium???ions in the system increases, and within a certain concentration range, the fluorescence intensity of each system has a good linear relationship with the concentration of titanium???ions. The linear ranges are0.52?2.56?g/m L,0.12?0.52?g/m L,and the detection limits are 0.0108?g/mL,0.0569?g/m L.In this way,the samples were analyzed and tested, and the interference of coexisting ions was investigated.?4?Using fluorescence and resonance Rayleigh scattering method to establish the determination of Pb???and Co???of the new system, and are respectively hydrogen peroxide oxidation kinetics of morin the fluorescence determination of trace Co???and lead-xylenol orange-crystal violet system resonance Rayleigh scattering spectrometry Pb???.At pH 10.70 Na2B4O7·10H2O-NaOH buffer medium, established the Co???hydrogen peroxide oxidation kinetics of morin fluorescent method, trace Co???ions have obvious catalytic effect on the oxidation of morin by hydrogen peroxide.At?ex/?em=416.5nm/556.4 nm,the optimal experimental conditions, the system of a certain concentration of Co???and linearly related to the intensity of fluorescence, the linear range is 0.8?8.0?g/L,detection limit is 0.14?g/L,the determination of the interference ions. The sample lime soil and molecular sieve were analyzed and tested. At the same time,a new method for the determination of Pb???by resonance Rayleigh scattering method was established. In the pH5.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution,Pb???reacted with xylenol orange?XO?to form a chelating anion([Pb?H2In?]2-),and then reacted with crystal violet?CV?to form a ternary ion complex,so as to enhance the resonance Rayleigh scattering strength of the system.Under the optimal experimental conditions, the enhanced intensity of resonance Rayleigh scattering was linearly related to Pb???concentration in the range of 2.00×10-3?2.00×10-2 mg/L,and the detection limit was 9.20×10-5 mg/L.
