3d-4f metal complexes with novel structures are currently receiving attention due to their potential applications in the preparation of new optical or magnetic materials and ideal probes in biology.Due to the unique luminescence characteristics of Ln3+ions,high coordination number and flexible coordination geometry,they are usually selected to prepare 3d-4f multinuclear complexes.Finding various application materials with excellent performance is the common goal of all scientific researchers in the field of coordination chemistry.In fact,with the development of science and technology,the challenges faced are also endless.The preparation of 3d-4f metal complexes is affected by many factors,such as the characteristics of organic ligands,the nature of counter anions and reaction temperature.In order to further study 3d-4f metal complexes,this paper introduces transition metal ions and rare earth metal ions and auxiliary ligands into Salamo-like ligands to study the synthesis,crystal structure,supramolecular effects,DFT calculation,fluorescence,antibacterial activity and other properties.The details are as follows:1.First,the prepared 1,2-diamineoxy ethane was reacted with 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde and separated and purified by column chromatography to obtain a 3-methoxy monocondensation compound,followed by it was reacted with 3-ethoxysalicylic aldehyde to obtain the asymmetric Salamo-like ligand H2L,and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR spectrum;2.Four[Zn(?)-Ln(?)]complexes were obtained by self-assembly of asymmetric single Salamo-like ligand H2L with zinc(?)acetate,lanthanum(?)nitrate(Ln=Tb(3),Dy(4))and 4,4'-bipyridine(Ln=Sm(1),Eu(2)).The structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometer,two of them are tetranuclear dimers,and two are independent heterobinuclear complexes.They were characterized by PXRD,elemental analysis,infrared and ultraviolet methods,and the crystal structure and supramolecular structure of[Zn(?)-Ln(?)]complexes were studied.Among them,the solid-liquid fluorescence properties and fluorescence lifetime of complex 1 was measured,and DFT calculations were performed for complexes 1 and 2,In addition,the antibacterial activity of complex 2 was also described in detail;3.Nine[Cu(?)-Ln(?)]complexes were obtained by self-assembly of the asymmetric single Salamo-like ligand H2L with copper(?)acetate and lanthanum(?)nitrate.The structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometer,which were an independent hetero-binuclear 3d-4f complex(Ln=La(5)),a unique hetero-tetranuclear 3d-4f complex(Ln=Ce(6))and seven isomorphic 3d-4f metal complexes(Ln=Pr(7),Nd(8),Sm(9),Eu(10),Tb(11),Dy(12)and Gd(13))respectively,and characterized by PXRD,elemental analysis,infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy.The crystal structure,supramolecular structure and fluorescence properties of the[Cu(?)-Ln(?)]complexes were studied.Among them,the antibacterial activity and DFT calculations of complex 13 were studied.
