Optical response materials is a kind of material that its own structure,color and physical and chemical property changes under the stimulation of light.It has a very broad application prospect in information storage,chemical sensing,biological imaging,non-linear optical devices,molecular switches,molecular motors and so on.In recent years,photochromic fluorescent light-responsive materials have attracted much attention from scientists due to their theoretical advantages of high information storage density and sensitivity,tossless reading and repeated erasure.In this work,by different ways of connection,we designed and synthesized a series of pentafluorophenyl gold(?)complexes with different length of alkyl chain connected to bisthienylethene skeleton and several alkynyl gold(?)complexes containing bisthienylethene units with different isocyanide ligands,and investigated the influence of gold,the types of ligands and the connection styles between the metal and photochromic structure on the photochromic properties of bisthienylethene.the specific content is as follows:(1)Four pe nta fluo rop he nyl gold(?)complexes ?-1??-4 were designed and synthesized,which were connected to bisthienylethene skeletons by alkyl chains of different lengths.The structures of these target complexes were characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,19F NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS.The photochromic properties were systematically studied by time-resolved UV-Vis spectroscopy.The results showed that:The gold(?)complexes and their ligands exhibited good photochromic properties;The introduction of gold(?)can improve the photocyclization rate and fatigue resistance of bisthienylethene system;The shorter the length of the carbon chain between the photochromic unit and the metal,the faster the photocyclization rate.(2)Four bisthienylethene-containing binuclear alkynyl gold(?)complexes?-1??-4 with different isocyanide ligands were designed and synthesized.These target complexes were characterized by 1H NMR 13C NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS.The target complex ?-2 is also confirmed by single crystal diffraction.We systematically studied the effects of the introduction of gold and different ligands on photochromism and fluorescence regulation by UV-Vis,fluorescence spectrum The results show that these gold(?)complexes exhibited good photochromic properties;the introduction of gold(?)can improve the photocyclization rate and fatigue resistance of bisthienylethene system;the cyclization time was significantly shortened and the cyclization rate was the fastest when the ligand was benzene-iso nitrile which has a higher degree of conjugation;All of these gold(?)complexes have reversible photo-regulated fluorescence switching properties.
