In recent years,with the rapid development of the logistics industry,the demand of forklift has achieved a new height.At present,forklifts powered by internal combustion engines still accounts for most of the market share,but due to its problems such as serious pollution and low economic benefits,it does not meet the current demand for environmental protection.As a new technology in recent years,the electric forklift has gradually entered the field of vision with its advantages of small pollution and high efficiency,and Fuel cell forklift trucks have appeared and attracted numerous attention.Based on the forklift truck(Heli CDD10-070 electric forklift truck)in the laboratory,ensure the hybrid power system with fuel cell as the main power source and battery(Li-Ion)as the auxiliary power source is determined,and matched the parameters of the forklift truck.As the main power source of hybrid system,the performance output of fuel cell is affected by many factors.And the same factor has different influence on different power fuel cells,so this paper uses the existing 200W proton exchange membrane fuel cell and fuel cell test system in the laboratory to test the performance of fuel cells,and studies the influence of temperature,relative humidity of gas and pressure on the performance output of 200W fuel cells,so as to ensure that the fuel cells can work properly To maintain optimal performance.On the basis of the research on the energy output characteristics of fuel cell,a detailed model of each part of the hybrid system has established in Matlab/Simulik,and the simulation of the hybrid system is carried out in Matlab/Simulik by using the power following energy management strategy.Based on the actual power demand of forklift in the primary cycle,the dynamic response of the power source is simulated and analyzed The simulation results show that the matching power source and energy management strategy are effective.
