The winter heating period in the cold rural areas is long,and the heating energy consumption is huge.In the cold rural areas,the heating mode in winter is still mainly based on burning coal,straw,fuelwood and other non renewable energy,which not only wastes resources,but also creates a great burden on the environment of our country,and is not conducive to the sustainable development of our country.It is an important measure to design and transform the solar energy utilization of the farm houses in the severe cold area.The additional sunlight outside the farm house can reduce the heating energy consumption in winter,but at the same time,it also has the disadvantages of the instability of the heat gain of the glass envelope and the excessive heat loss caused by the large area of the glass envelope.Moreover,the traditional farm house commonly used ordinary envelope,the poor heat storage capacity of the ordinary envelope,resulting in the large temperature difference between day and night inside the building,which is not conducive to its promotion and application.One of the solutions is to solve the contradiction between the intermittent supply of solar energy and the time and consumption of building heating load through energy storage,so as to slow down the indoor temperature fluctuation and improve the indoor thermal environment.Therefore,this paper proposes that filling phase change materials in the enclosure of rural houses with additional sunlight can further reduce the energy consumption of heating in winter.Combining phase change materials with the enclosure,the enclosure can be made into a heat storage and temperature regulating enclosure.When the indoor temperature is high,the enclosure can store heat and prevent the continuous rise of the room temperature.When the room temperature is low,the stored heat will be released,which will prevent the continuous rise of the room temperature It can reduce the fluctuation of room temperature and improve the indoor thermal comfort.It can be seen that the research and engineering application of phase change materials filled in the enclosure of agricultural houses in the severe cold area are of great significance.This paper selects a representative farm house in Anda City,Heilongjiang Province as an example,uses SketchUp and openstudio to carry out joint modeling,and studies the indoor temperature and heating energy consumption in winter based on the building energy consumption simulation software Energy Plus.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Energy plus is used to simulate the heating energy consumption in winter before and after the additional sunshine room outside the rural residence,including hourly energy consumption in the coldest day(January 4),daily energy consumption in the coldest month(January),and monthly energy consumption in the heating season(October to April of the next year).It is found that when the indoor design heating temperature is 18 ?,the indoor thermal comfort of the farmhouse increases with the addition of sunshine room,and the heating energy consumption decreases significantly,with the total energy saving rate of about 11.39% in the heating period,and the energy saving effect is significant.2.By changing the thickness of phase change materials,phase change temperature,the position of phase change materials in the wall and filling phase change materials into different walls,the change of heating energy consumption in winter after filling phase change materials in the wall is analyzed.At the same time,the impact of filling phase change materials in the floor,ceiling and roof on the indoor thermal environment and the change of heating energy consumption in winter are compared and analyzed.It is found that the best thickness of phase change material is 20 mm;the best phase change temperature is 16 ?;the best position of phase change material in the wall is scheme V(that is,phase change material and thermal insulation material are placed on both sides of the wall,thermal insulation material is on the outside of the wall,and phase change material is on the inside of the wall);the best way to fill phase change material into different walls is to fill phase change material separately In the south wall;the best scheme for filling phase change materials in the roof is scheme II(that is,the phase change materials and roof insulation materials are placed on the outside of the roof at the same time,and the phase change materials are placed on the inside of the roof insulation);filling phase change materials into the ceiling and the ground,compared with the two,the sky flower board filling phase change materials is more feasible.3.From the perspective of economic and environmental benefits,this paper analyzes the applicability of phase change materials filled in the enclosure of rural houses in the additional sunshine room.Through the calculation method of the whole life cycle cost of dynamic building,it is concluded that the cost of phase change materials filled in the enclosure of rural houses in the additional sunshine room can be recovered in the life cycle,which can greatly reduce the emission of carbon dioxide,nitrogen sulfide and dust,and save carbon The emission cost,economic and environmental benefits are obvious.The research results of this paper can provide new design and development ideas for the energy-saving transformation of existing rural residential buildings in severe cold areas.
