In recent years,energy development and reuse has become an important theme for the development of countries around the world.Energy conservation has attracted more and more attention.At present,the development and application of thermal insulation materials is one of the most effective and economical energy-saving measures.The xonotlite type calcium silicate insulation material is a new generation of insulation material that has excellent properties such as light density,low thermal conductivity,high temperature resistance and environmental friendliness.In this paper,dynamic hydrothermal synthesis of xonotlite was carried out,the preparation process of xonotlite was explored through experiments,and the hydrothermal synthesis of xonotlite by holding time,different calcium sources,additives and secondary water and tertiary water And performance impact.Holding time has a decisive effect on the synthesis and properties of xonotlite.In this paper,the holding time is used as an experimental variable to explore the effect of holding time on the phase composition,microscopic morphology and particle size characteristics of xonotlite;Activity is very important for the formation of xonotlite.The market finished Ca O and laboratory self-burning Ca O were used to participate in the experiment to explore the effect of Ca O on the xonotlite before and after firing,Mn?CH3COO?2·4H2O and Zr OCl2·8H2O as additives,to explore the law of influence on the synthesis process,morphology and properties of xonotlite fiber.This article attempts to use secondary water and tertiary water instead of distilled water in the experiment to explore whether it will affect the structure and density of xonotlite.Aiming at the problem of low strength of xonotlite products,this paper also studied aluminum silicate ceramic fiber and glass fiber reinforced xonotlite.The corrosive effect of xonotlite secondary water on ceramic fibers and glass fibers was analyzed first,and then the effect on the performance of xonotlite products was studied.Ceramic fiber and glass fiber were added to the xonotlite slurry,and the effects of fiber addition and firing temperature on the properties of xonotlite were studied.In this paper,the microscopic morphology and phase of xonotlite fiber were analyzed and characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The influence of different synthesis conditions on the synthesis of xonotlite was explored.The results showed that the crystalline xanthite fiber obtained by holding at 220°C for 6 hours had the best crystallization,the primary fiber became significantly slender,and the hollow structure of the cocoon-like particles had high porosity,the crystal reaction of the xonolite produced by the commercially available ultrafine Ca O in the market is more complete and the crystallization is better.Adding the mineralizers Mn?CH3COO?2·4H2O and Zr OCl2·8H2O into the ingredients will make the xonotlite fiber slender and intertwined to form a good hollow structure,and the volume density is small,which is more beneficial to improve the thermal insulation performance of xonotlite.The product obtained by using secondary water and tertiary water is incompletely reacted and the bulk density is large,so it has certain effect on the synthesis of xonotlite by using it instead of distilled water.The effect of fiber reinforcement on the properties of xonotlite was explored.The results showed that the secondary water of xonotlite had a significant corrosion effect on the ceramic fiber but not the glass fiber;the bending strength of the sample increased with temperature Increase,when the firing temperature is not greater than 800?,the flexural strength of the test strip is best with the content of ceramic fiber and glass fiber is 15wt%;when the firing temperature is 1000?and fiber addition amount is 30wt%,the ceramic fiber and glass fiber structure is destroyed,the mechanical properties are reduced,so that the overall bending strength is reduced.
