Geopolymer is a new type of green gel material,which is an inorganic polymeric material formed by chemical excitation using high-silicon aluminum natural ore or industrial waste as raw material.Compared with the traditional silicate materials,geopolymer has the advantages of low price,simple production process,environmental protection,low energy,good durability,good corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.It can be widely used in life and can be used as building materials,concrete pavement materials,fire retardant materials,porous materials and other fields.The formation and mechanical properties of geopolymer are affected by many conditions,such as alkali activator type and concentration,raw material type,curing condition and temperature,etc.In this paper,metakaolin,waste glass,sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide are used as main raw materials to prepare glass micro-powder modified metakaolin base polymer,and the process parameters of geopolymer materials are optimized.First of all,the optimal proportion of preparing glass micropowder modified metakaolin base polymer was determined by orthogonal test: glass micropowder content10 %,sodium silicate modulus 1.4,solid content of sodium silicate 38 %,water cement ratio 0.6,curing temperature 20 ?,and curing condition wet curing.The order of influence degree of each factor on compressive strength is as follows: solid content of water glass > curing temperature > modulus of water glass > water cement ratio > curing conditions > amount of glass powder.The order of the influence degree of each factor on folding strength is as follows: curing conditions > sodium silicate modulus > glass powder content > sodium silicate solid content > curing temperature > water cement ratio.The effect of curing time on the modified metakaolin base polymer prepared under the optimum ratio of glass powder was studied.The compressive strength of the modified metakaolin base polymer doped with glass powder reached 67.66 MPa at 28 d and more than 80 % at 3d,reflecting the early strength and quick hardening of geopolymer.Continuous vibration can effectively reduce the porosity of glass powder modified metakaolin base polymer and prepare glass powder modified metakaolin base polymer with good mechanical properties.The geopolymer prepared after 25 min of vibration has the highest strength,the compressive strength can reach 67.0 MPa,which is 10.8 %higher than that before vibration,the flexural strength can reach 7.65 MPa,and the strength is 19.4 % higher than that before vibration.
