Coke tower is an important equipment for delayed coking in petrochemical industry.If the coke tower works in high temperature and high pressure complex environment for a long time,it will cause damage to the equipment.Once the equipment is damaged,it will bring huge economic losses to the factory and may also cause disaster.The consequences of sex,life safety is not guaranteed.The coke tower monitors the high temperature stress and can monitor the stress state of the coke drum in real time,which is the guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the coke tower for a long time.High-temperature strain gauge test technology has many advantages that other test methods do not have: easy installation,high self-compensation,good temperature characteristics,long-term operation in high temperature environment,simple operation,strong anti-interference ability,sensitive grid wire is not easy to age These advantages are applicable to coke drums with complicated working conditions.At present,this stress testing technology and transmission system have been studied very mature,but the use of high temperature strain gauges on the coke drum will cause many problems,resulting in monitoring accuracy greater than the site requirements.In this paper,the reliability analysis,heat output analysis and welding process analysis of high temperature strain gauges were carried out.According to the above analysis,the coke tower high temperature stress test was carried out.The results obtained were compared with ANSYS analysis results.The main methods and conclusions are as follows:1.High temperature stress test system failure,more than 95% due to high temperature strain gauge failure.Use a large number of high temperature strain gauges to apply the failure report summary and draw a fault tree diagram for its failure mode analysis.By calculating the importance,the weak link of the high temperature strain gauge is the high temperature adhesive,which strengthens the weak link to improve the overall reliability.2.The traditional steady state measurement of heat output in the coke tower this temperature rise rate will bring a large error.Using the formula derivation method to obtain a specific heat output calculation formula,greatly reducing the time of each measurement.3.The welding process has a great influence on the test accuracy.By studying the influence of high temperature strain gauge on the stress transfer efficiency under different welding density and angle conditions,the welding density of the best welded high temperature strain gauge is 1mm,the best welding The angle error is within 2°;4.Comparing the stress and strain data measured before and after using the above method with the ANSYS analysis results,it is found that the test accuracy after the application method is increased by 15% compared with the average before the application,and the test accuracy is within 14%,which satisfies the engineering test accuracy deviation.
