Global warming and the deterioration of the environment urge us to speed up the search for cleaner and pollution-free green energy.As the one of the alternative energies,solar energy has been paid more exploration.Solar cells have experienced three generations,among which the third generation has attracted much attention due to its excellent performance,and the quantum dot sensitization battery has caused the research climax.Quantum dot particle size nanoscale,has a unique limiting effect,the quantum dot sensitization battery mainly uses the quantum dot as the photosensitizer,in order to achieve the conversion of light energy and electrical energy.In this paper,the synthesis and photovoltaic properties of ternary quantum dot AgInSe2 and its alloys as photosensitizers are investigated.First,AgInSe2 quantum dots were synthesized by non-thermal injection method.Then,on its basis,Zn-AgInSe2and Cu-AgInSe2quantum dots were prepared by doping Zn and Cu,and assembled into batteries.The main contents are as follows:(1)AgInSe2 quantum dot sensitized solar cellWith SeO2 formed under a certain temperature and oil amine complexes as a source of selenium,oil amine and mercaptan is used as the ligand to control the growth of the quantum dots,the synthesis method of oil phase heat injection AgInSe2 quantum dots,in under the action of bifunctional ligand exchange into water phase after deposition to the semiconductor oxide thin films,assembly and test its performance,AgInSe2 quantum dots sensitized solar cell photocurrent density of 18.16m A/cm2,photoelectric conversion efficiency up to 3.31%.(2)Zn and Cu doped AgInSe2 quantum dot sensitized solar cellSimilarly,SeO2 was used as the selenium source and AgInSe2 as the host.After doping Zn into it,the appropriate temperature and mercaptan were first explored.On this basis,oil phase quantum dots of Zn-AgInSe2and Cu-AgInSe2 were synthesized by regulating the ratio of Zn/In and Cu/In.In order to guarantee the load of the quantum dots on the semiconductor oxide,using MPA and thiol end of ligand exchange,after assembling the battery test its performance,the results showed that zinc doping amount was 10%,the optimal battery performance,Voc=0.44 V,Jsc=11.36 m A/cm2,FF=61.63%,η=3.04%;Cu doping amount was20%,the optimal battery performance,Voc=0.44 V,Jsc=14.64 m A/cm2,FF=60.36%,η=3.90%.
