As a polymer elastomer,organic silicon materials have excellent acid and alkali resistance,physiological inertia,and excellent insulation resistance.They are widely used in aerospace,chemical,and agricultural applications.Silicone material itself is poor flame retardant properties,limiting its range of use.As a lightweight porous material,melamine foam has broad application prospects in the fields of construction,transportation,aerospace and other fields due to its high thermal insulation performance,intrinsic flame retardancy,high specific surface area,sound absorption and noise reduction.The melamine foam itself has good oil absorption performance,the cell open rate is more than 99%,and it has excellent flame retardancy.This thesis modification functional group melamine foam,vinyl group incorporated in melamine foam surface,the vinyl melamine/silicone material was prepared.The main research results are as follows:(1)One-step preparation of a carbonyl vinyl melamine foam.respectively,acrylic acid and acryloyl chloride as modifier,the acrylic acid groups(-CO-CH=CH2)grafted to the melamine surface.It was characterized by IR spectrum,energy spectrum analysis,scanning electron microscopy and thermal weight loss analysis.The results show that the grafting rate of the two is low,and there are polyacryloyl chloride molecules on the surface of the melamine foam.Then immersed acrylic melamine foam and acryloyl chloride melamine foam in vinyl silicone oil system,prepared acrylic melamine/silicone and acryloyl chloride melamine/silicone.Finally,their mechanical properties,flame retardant properties,aging resistance,etc.were studied.The results show that the flame retardant performance has reached the V-0 level of UL94 standard,and the oxygen index has reached more than 29.Compared with melamine/silicone,the tensile strength and elongation at break have increased.(2)A silicone vinyl melamine foam was prepared in a stepwise manner.First,PAA,APTES,and VTMO were grafted onto the surface of the melamine foam in steps.,and the siloxane vinyl group(-O-Si-CH=CH2)was grafted onto the surface of the melamine foam.Then using FIIR,EDS,SEM,andTGA,it was characterized.The results showed a high grafting rate,and because vinyl methoxy silane macromolecular network structure is formed on a surface of melamine,improves the thermal stability of the melamine foam.Compared with the acrylic melamine foam prepared by one-step method,the method has mild reaction raw materials and the preparation process is environmentally friendly.Second,vinyl melamine foam was immersed in a vinyl silicone system and successfully preparation of vinyl melamine/silicone composite material.At last,the material was studied,and the results showed that the limiting oxygen index of 31.1,UL94 flame rating to V-0.Compared with melamine/silicone,the tensile strength is increased by about 10%,and the elongation at break is increased by about 20%.The influence of the density of melamine foam and the viscosity of vinyl silicone oil on the composite material was studied.With the increase of the density of melamine foam,the mechanical properties of the prepared composite material decreased,the flame retardant performance increased.High viscosity vinyl silicone oil is mixed with low viscosity vinyl silicone oil,which has certain advantages.
