11-Aminoundecanoic acid is a bio-based monomer derived from castor oil and one of the important chemical raw materials.Its main product nylon 11 engineering plastic is widely used in the automotive,electronics and other industries because of its excellent low temperature resistance,chemical resistance,high strength and high toughness.The synthesis of 11-aminoundecanoic acid has long depended on foreign imports.In recent years,with the development of China's chemical industry,the synthesis of this long-carbon nylon monomer 11-aminoundecanoic acid has made breakthrough progress,but the development of aminoundecanoic acid in China is insufficient,and it is basically used for Nylon 11 and copolymer nylon.How to better develop and use 11-aminoundecanoic acid has become an important issue.In view of the above problems,this article uses aminoundecanoic acid in different directions,mainly including nylon 11 resin and hydrogel.Its purpose is to expand the application range of aminoundecanoic acid and inspire everyone to explore aminoundecanoic acid in different directions..The main contents are as follows:1.Nylon 11 resin was obtained by melt polycondensation of aminoundecanoic acid,and the effect of reaction time on the molecular weight and performance of nylon 11 resin was explored.The nylon 11 powder was prepared with the following solvents and tested and analyzed.2.Use succinyl chloride to modify the carbon-carbon double bond on the 11-aminoundecanoic acid monomer.Copolymerize acryloyl-aminoundecanoic acid and acrylamide to obtain a hydrogel with pH response,temperature response,shape memory and certain adhesion.Explore the effect of pH and temperature on mechanical properties and adhesion properties.And studied its shape memory function which can be deleted and re-memory.The double layer hydrogel brake is obtained by compounding the hydrogel with the acrylamide hydrogel,which can grab the substance in the acid solution and release it in the alkaline solution.Explore the application of this kind of hydrogel with certain adhesion effect in monitoring human electrophysiological signals.Demonstrate the nature of this hydrogel in many applications.3.Use succinyl chloride to modify the carbon-carbon double bond on the 11-aminoundecanoic acid monomer,and use the emulsion polymerization method to date the double-network hydrogel to obtain the high-strength self-repair Hydrogels.And with water-soluble hydrogel composite material with anti-freezing resistance,explore the application of this double-layer hydrogel in monitoring human electropHysiological signals.
