| All-inorganic lead-cesium halide(CsPbX3,X=Cl,Br and I)perovskite is expected to replace organic-inorganic composite perovskites and II-VI series due to its narrow band emission and adjustable light emission,high quantum efficiency and easy preparation.Nanocrystalline materials have become strong competitors in the field of new generation optoelectronic devices.However,the stability of the perovskite nanocrystalline solution is poor,and it can only exist stably in non-polar solutions(n-hexane,acetone,etc.).Therefore,how to improve the stability of perovskite is a research hotspot,and it also makes perovskite Mine is better researched on a large scale commercialization.In this paper,a series of all-inorganic lead cesium halide(Cs Pb X3,X=Cl,Br and I)perovskite glass and a series of rare-earth europium ions(Sm3+)doped all-inorganic lead bromide were prepared by high-temperature solid-state melt crystallization.Cs Pb Br3perovskite glass,this method effectively improves the stability of perovskite nanocrystals.The system is tested through a series of modern analytical testing methods to analyze its surface morphology,microstructure,and its optical properties.The details are as follows:1.A series of all-inorganic lead-cesium halide(Cs Pb X3,X=Cl,Br,and I)perovskite glass were prepared by high-temperature solid-state melting and crystallization.The luminescence was adjustable from 420~690 nm,and it was passed through XRD,TEM,and XPS.Other analysis methods confirmed that perovskite was successfully prepared in glass matrix and successfully formed into perovskite glass-ceramics by high temperature heat treatment.At the same time,compared with perovskite nanocrystalline solution,perovskite nanocrystalline glass-ceramics not only have similar fluorescence intensity phase,but also have much better stability than perovskite nanocrystalline solution,showing its potential in display lighting.The prepared Cs Pb Cl2Br1glass,Cs Pb Br1I2glass and violet chip are used to make devices for plant lighting.2.A series of rare earth thallium ions Sm3+-doped all-inorganic lead cesium bromide(Cs Pb Br3)perovskite glass was prepared by high temperature solid-state melting crystallization method,and a series of characterization tests proved that Sm3+ions successfully entered Cs Pb Br3In the lattice structure.Compared with the perovskite nanocrystalline solution,the stability is greatly improved,and at the same time,it can be directly matched with the blue light chip to obtain a WLED with a high color rendering index. |
