Research On The Grid Management Of State-owned "Zombie Enterprise" X Company To Improve Orgnizational Cohesion

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the continuous development and deepening of industrial supply-side structural reforms,more and more enterprises with serious overcapacity,unsustainable operations and losses have been included in the list of"zombie enterprises" by the government.In the process of structural adjustment and transformation,"zombie enterprises" will directly lead to the departure of a large number of employees,and the organizational cohesion of the enterprises will obviously weaken.How to quickly adjust enterprise management methods,improve the sense of belonging of its employees and enhance the organizational cohesion of the enterprise,and maintain the stability of the enterprise and society have become an important management problem that more and more state-owned "zombie enterprise" managers need to face.This article takes the state-owned "zombie enterprise" X as an exam-ple.Faced with the situation of enterprise restructuring and transformatio-n,and the huge change in personnel structure,which has led to the weak-ning of corporate organizational cohesion,Company X draws on the exp-erience of community grid management and deeply analyzes the status of corporate organizational cohesion.Establish a grid management mechani-sm to explore ways to improve organizational cohesion.Through the inte-rview method,it was found that the cohesion of enterprise leaders,empl-oyee centripetal force,interpersonal relationships,task collaboration,and benefit sharing all decreased significantly after the placement of emplo-yees.After in-depth research,company X aimed to improve organization-al cohesion and maintain corporate stability,built a grid management fra-mework system consisting of management mechanism,management sys-tem,management team and management platform,and determined the si-tuation and task education and public opinion information.The main con-tent of grid management is collection and daily service of employees.At the same time,according to the implementation effect of grid manageme-nt,an evaluation index system was constructed,and the effect of grid ma-nagement on organizational cohesion was obtained through questionnaire survey.The results of the study show that grid management has the most si-gnificant effect on improving leadership cohesion and employee centrip-etal force,more significant on improving task collaboration and interper-sonal harmony,and has no significant effect on enhancing value recogni-tion and benefit sharing.It can be concluded that grid management has a significant effect on improving the cohesion of state-owned "zombie en-terprises".Based on the above conclusions,combined with the current st-ate of state-owned "zombie enterprise" organizational cohesion,the corr-esponding management recommendations are put forward,which provid-es a reference for "zombie enterprises to improve organizational cohesion through grid management."...
