Since the discovery of the photocatalytic phenomenon in 1972,with the continuous development of science and technology,more and more semiconductor photocatalytic materials have been discovered.More than 130 semiconductor materials have been found to be used in photocatalytic technology,including iron oxide?Fe2O3?As an oxide semiconductor photocatalytic material,it has attracted wide attention from scientists because of its non-toxic,cheap,abundant reserves and stable physical and chemical properties.In addition,if an appropriate narrow-band semiconductor is selected and compounded with it to construct a type II heterojunction structure,not only can the effective use of solar spectrum be ensured,but also the heterojunction structure formed between the interface of the composite material can be used to achieve the space of photogenerated electron-hole pairs Separation improves the lifetime of photo-generated carriers.Therefore,in this paper,two kinds of disulfides WS2and MoS2with graphene-like two-dimensional layered structure were selected to construct Fe2O3/MS2?M=W,Mo?composite semiconductor photocatalysts in order to obtain efficient photochemical energy conversion efficiency.In this paper,by using hydrothermal method to adjust the process parameters,zero-dimensional Fe2O3was combined with two-dimensional MS2to prepare a three-dimensional flower-like Fe2O3/MS2composite material.And through XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS,PL and other material characterization methods to analyze the structure,morphology,surface element chemical composition,optical properties of the material.The organic dye methylene blue?MB?and inorganic heavy metal Cr???were used as pollutant indicators to test the photocatalytic degradation performance of the prepared Fe2O3/MS2composites.The test results show that the Fe2O3/MS2composite can not only use photo-generated electrons and holes to participate in photocatalytic redox reactions to degrade MB and heavy metal Cr???,but also use the Fe ions in the composite to perform a photo-Fenton reaction.Good photocatalytic performance.In addition,this article also uses orthosilicate as the precursor,and adopts the immersion method to load the Si OXH amorphous layer on the surface of the Fe2O3/MoS2composite material to protect the composite surface.
