| The good development of the desertification control industry in Dengkou County promotes the social and economic stability of the region.This article mainly uses the SWOT analysis method,entropy weight method,factor analysis method,ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity analysis method to analyze the desertification control industry format and regional carrying capacity in Dengkou County,it mainly includes the analysis of the development status of the desertification control industry in Dengkou County,the study of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges encountered by the desertification control industry in Dengkou County,the evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of the desertification control industry in Dengkou County,the analysis of ecological footprint and regional carrying capacity in Dengkou County.The development of desertification control industry in Dengkou County provides reference for the future,The results show that:(1)The desertification control industry in Dengkou County is divided into conservation management model,conservation development management model,and development management model.According to the analysis of the current situation of the industry,the desertification control industry in Dengkou County is in the stage where both opportunities and challenges coexist.It is necessary to rationally utilize and appropriately select and adjust the development strategy according to the actual situation,give full play to the advantages,scale risks,seize the opportunities,and meet the challenges.Actively cultivate desertification control industry pattern and promote sustainable development of the sandy areas.(2)An index system has been established for evaluating the benefits of desertification control industries in Dengkou County,The comprehensive benefits are divided into three first-class indicators:ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.The economic benefits are divided into four second-class indicators such as per capita GDP and forestry output value.The social benefits are divided into four secondary indicators such as angel coefficient and public local financial revenue.The ecological benefits are divided into 10 indicators such as the area of desert raw medicinal materials,and the coefficient of ecological management,etc.,and the weight and score of each index are determined.According to the evaluation of the desertification control industry benefits of Dengkou County from 2012 to 2018,it can be known that Dengkou County had the lowest level of desertification control industry benefits in 2012,only 0.2 points,the land desertification is serious,and the regional economy is backward;From 2013 to 2016,the benefits of desertification control industrial in Dengkou County belonged to a medium level,the land desertification was effectively controlled,and the regional economy was steadily improved;From 2017 to 2018,the comprehensive benefit value of desertification control industry in Dengkou County has reached 0.75.The benefits of the desertification control industry have reached an excellent grade,most of the land desertification has been controlled,and the regional economy has reached a higher level.(3)According to the analysis of ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Dengkou County,it is known that,in 2009,the per capita ecological footprint was 4.454 hm2/cap,the per capita ecological carrying capacity was 2.813hm2/cap,and the per capita ecological deficit was 1.641 hm2/cap;in 2018,the above data were 7.74,3.128,and 4.611 hm2/cap respectively.During the period of 2009-2018,although the per capita ecological carrying capacity increased by 0.316 hm2/cap,the per capita ecological footprint increased by 3.286 hm2/cap,so the per capita ecological deficit increased by 2.97 hm2/cap,the main reason is the improper land use,unreasonable management,and blindly reclaiming resources in Dengkou County.It shows that although the comprehensive benefit value of the desertification control industry in Dengkou County has been increasing and the quality of people’s production and living has increased significantly,there is a phenomenon that the development level of the region has not kept up with the regional carrying capacity,resulting in unsustainable development in the region. |
