With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the introduction of relevant policies,traditional solvent-based coatings have gradually been replaced by water-soluble coatings.Epoxy resin(EP)has high adhesion and good chemical stability,but its poor physical and mechanical properties restrict its development.The advantages of micro-nanocellulose(MFC)in a wide range of sources and high mechanical strength make it potentially useful in reinforced composite materials.Nano-composite coatings can broaden the use value of both,and also have considerable economic,green and environmental protection prospects.In this paper,a nonionic modification method was used to synthesize an emulsifying curing agent to prepare type I water-based epoxy resin coating.The micro-nanocellulose was mechanically prepared from Salix and used as a reinforcing material.Synthesis of micro-nanocellulose composite type I epoxy resin water-based paint by chemical grafting method,the test results showed that:(1)Synthesis process of emulsified water-based epoxy curing agent:the conditions for synthesizing TETA-DGEPG are TETA:DGEPG=4:1,temperature 65?,time 3 h;the conditions for synthesizing TETA-DGEPG-E-51 are time 3 h,The reaction temperature is 75?;with PGE end,the comprehensive performance of the paint film is the best;infrared spectrum shows that DGEPG and E-51 have been grafted into TETA;particle size analysis shows that the emulsifying ability of the emulsifying curing agent is better than that of the commercial curing Agent;SEM can observe that the coating is smooth and tidy,dense and uniform.(2)The best process for preparing composite water-based paint by mechanical blending method is:MFC concentration is 0.5%.When MFC and epoxy resin are blended in the A stage,the film has the best physical and mechanical properties.SEM can observe the appearance of micro cracks and unevenness on the surface of the coating film;TEM can observe that part of the MFC is dispersed in the coating in the form of filaments with a little MFC agglomeration;TG analysis shows that the thermal stability of the composite paint film has not been significantly improved.(3)The best process for preparing composite water-based paint by chemical grafting method is:the silane coupling agent KH550 with a concentration of 0.8%is used as a modifier,the concentration of MFC is 0.5%,and the physical and mechanical properties of the paint film are the best;infrared spectrum shows MFC has been grafted with KH550;TG analysis shows that the thermal stability of the composite paint film is improved;TEM can be observed that MFC can be uniformly dispersed in the coating;contact angle analysis shows that the modified MFC is hydrophobic and compatible with the coating better.
