Aggregates formed by phospholipid molecules are similar in composition and size to cell membranes,so they can be used as microreactors in the fields of biophysics and biochemistry to study drug delivery and diffusion. How to efficiently prepare a large number of aggregates has become the current research trend. The preparation method has developed from the original spontaneous aggregation method and mechanical force action method to the Current electroforming aggregation method. The materials used have also transitioned from the original copper and platinum wires to Conductive indium tin oxide glass plate, and then carbon fiber. However, there are few studies on the formation process of aggregates. Therefore, this paper uses carbon fiber electrode to compare the effects of spontaneous aggregation and electroformed aggregation on the aggregation behavior under different conditions, and to the aggregation process from the number and diameter of aggregates formed.Analyzed.The main research results are as follows:(1)The volatility of the film-forming solution will affect the formation of the dried phospholipid film, and then affect the aggregation process. Therefore,it is most Suitable to use anhydrous ethanol with a moderate volatilization rate.Observing the size of the molecules in solution, the steric effect and the content of hydrogen bonds also affect the aggregation behavior.(2)When different fibers are used to initiate aggregation, carbon fiber electrode with a larger specific surface area and stronger adsorption are better, and the number of aggregates formed by them is larger and the proportion of the field of view is larger. In the clectroforming process, the voltage of the external AC electric field is most suitable between 10 and 15 V, and the frequency is most suitable around 20 Hz.(3)It is speculated that there are two ways for the formation and disappearance of aggregates from the observed phenomena.Aggregates can be formed by swelling, budding, curling, and shedding of lipid bilayers near the carbon fiber electrode,or by direct aggregation of phospholipid molecules. The disappearance of aggregates can be directly ruptured by external conditions,or multiple aggregates can be fused and disappear.(4)At different concentrations, the number of aggregates and the aggregation time show a decrease in the allometric growth equation, and the average diameter of the aggregates has an exponential relationship with the aggregation time during the electro formation. And at the beginning of the aggregation process, the average diameter distribution of the aggregates was narrow, and the longer the aggregation time, the wider the distribution.(5)Introduce the concept of the amount of aggregation, and use this to divide the aggcregation process into three phases:the rising period, the gradual stabilization period, and the plateau period, and introduce the concentration as a parameter to the amount of aggregation during the rising period-the formula of the aggregation time in.Dividing the amount of aggregation at each aggregation time point by the stable value at the plateau phase, the ratio of the amount of aggregation can be obtained. This ratio is consistent with an exponential function relationship with a growth phase and a decay phase in a low concentration system,For the Box Lucas model, the relationship is also in line with the first-order dynamic relationship.
