Study On Efficient Purification Technology And Effective Utilization Of Oily Wastewater In Oil Depot

The wastewater of the oil depot is generated from oil tank bottom water,bilge water,tank cleaning water,living water and the rain.All these source result in the complex composition of pollutants with high COD content.The water features of the product depot can be described as follows:the component of wastewater are complicated;the wastewater for treatment are not continuous and change greatly with no regularity,which is hard to control and deal with.It has become an urgent domestic product problem to reduce COD value,until which meets the national discharge standards of the oil depot.This paper is to study the high-efficiency purification technology of oily wastewater in oil depot of which the purpose is to find a practical biochemical treatment process for oily waste water,and apply it to the actual treatment of oily waste water in oil depot to improve the ecological environment.So far,oil-based sewage has basically adopted a physicochemical treatment process.But the physicochemical treatment process owns the characteristics of unstable oil removal effect,impact-load resistance,narrow oil removal range,and ineffective removal of organic pollutants in water which makes it difficult to reach the standard of water pollution acceptance.Studies have shown that the biochemical treatment process has a better removal effect on organic pollutants of wastewater in depot.The main conclusions are ad follows,oil sewerage quality be greatly improved after physical and chemical pretreatment,the oil substances,suspended solids,COD indicators.inc have been removed satisfying.Researched three harmless way to process oil contended sludge.Got rid of the negative influence,caused by the only left of waste water treatment,to environment.The appropriate pressure of ultrafiltration membrane is 0.12MPa.At room temperature,ultrafiltration separation can effectively remove impurities such as oil,COD and so on,get a good deal of water.The oily wastewater can be reused after being treated,which is beneficial to the present situation of water shortage and realizes the green production of petrochemical industry.
