Industrial wastewater contains a large number of heavy metal elements,including zinc,copper,cadmium,chromium,lead,cobalt,manganese,cobalt,nickel,mercury as the main pollution element,and its relative to other pollutants in the water content is low.The adsorption is attracted because of its high efficiency,high economy,does not change the nature of sewage and is suitable for low concentration of heavy metal sewage treatment.As a new material,boron nitride has high surface area,chemical stability and rich hole structure,which shows great application potential in adsorption materials.The characterized polyporous boron nitride material was analyzed using fully automatic physical adsorbent?BET?,field scanning electron microscope analyzer?SEM?,energy spectrum analysis?SEM-EDS?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?,and the effect of p H,temperature,time and initial concentration on its adsorption effect was explored.The adsorption results show that the adsorption of Zn2+by porous boron nitride is best at p H=5 and T=35?,the adsorption of Cu2+is the best in p H=4 and T=35?,the adsorption of Cr3+is the best adsorption effect in p H=4 and T=25?,and the adsorption of Cd2+is best in p H=5,T=25?.The adsorption effect is best for Pb2+is p H=4,T=25?.the adsorption of Co2+is best in p H=5,T=35?,the adsorption effect of Mn2+is best in p H=5 and T=45?,and the adsorption of The Ni2+is in p H=4 and T=45?.The experimental results also showed that the adsorption rate of boron nitride was very fast and the adsorption balance reached within30min.Further adsorption of different concentrations of multi-porous adsorption of Zn2+,Cu2+,Pb2+,the adsorption of the three heavy metals with the initial increase of the concentration increased.The static adsorption experimental data of boron perforated nitrogen is in line with the secondary dynamics model of Zn2+and Cu2+,and its adsorption rate is not only affected by the diffusion rate in the particles,but also by the diffusion rate of the liquid membrane.After the Langumir model fitting,its maximum adsorption to Zn2+,Cu2+,respectively,is 291.55 mg/g and 299.40 mg/g.The adsorption of boron nitride was less affected by mixed heavy metals.The advantages of application in industrial wastewater are not only reflected in the amount of adsorption,but also show great development potential in the adsorption rate.Therefore,boron nitride,as a new type of adsorption material,has a broad prospect in the use of industrial wastewater with heavy metals at low concentrations.
