Nitrogen oxides(NOx)and soot particles are two common air pollutants that pose a serious environmental and hunan health hazard.VW/Ti catalysts for denitration and perovskite catalysts for removing soot have their own deficiencies.If these two catalysts are combined,they will make up for their respective deficiencies,which is of great significance for the simultaneous removal of NOx and soot.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper firstly studied the modification of traditional vanadium-based catalysts by using the impregnation method and using Pr and Sb as auxiliaries of vanadium-based catalysts.The characterization results of BET,XRD,SEM,XPS,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,Py-FTIR,in-situ FTIR and other analytical test methods indicate that the loading of Pr and Sb leads to low-valent vanadium(V3+and V4+)in the catalyst.The increase and the Br(?)nsted acid content of the catalyst surface increase,and the catalytic performance of the catalyst is improved.When the loading of Pr is 9 wt%and the loading of Sb is 7 wt%,the catalyst has the best denitration catalytic performance.Aiming at the purpose of removing soot,this paper studied the A-site substitution of lanthanum-manganese perovskite and found that the A-substimuted ions(Pr3+,Sr2+,K+)affect the catalytic performance by changing the amount of Mn4+and chemisorbed oxygen.K+has the most obvious effect on the catalytic performance of the catalyst.The La0.8K0.2MnO3 catalyst was found to have the best catalytic activity for simultaneous removal of soot and nitrogen oxides.Based on the above research,the vanadium-based catalyst was combined with the perovskite catalyst to study its ability to simultaneously remove NOx and soot.It was found that the combined use of the two can not only maintain the perovskite catalyst for soot.Catalytic oxidation ability,and effectively reduce the effect of catalyst surface carbon deposition on the ability of vanadium-based catalysts to remove NOx.
