Under the background of Industry 4.0,the modern manufacturing production model has changed to intelligent manufacturing.At present,most of the research on the layout problem focuses on the layout of the regular graphics,and there is less research and development on the integrated system from layout optimization to CNC cutting.How to adapt to the current market application demand and solve the problems such as low material utilization rate and low efficiency which are common in CNC machining process have become the research focus of many scholars.By studying the solution method of two-dimensional irregular parts layout problem,and combining with C#Winform development technology,this paper designs and develops a system of irregular parts intelligent layout and CNC cutting.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the overall design of the system is carried out.Based on the analysis of system requirements,the overall business process of the system is analyzed in detail.According to the functional structure of the system,the system is divided into the intelligent layout subsystem of irregular parts and the display and control subsystem of CNC processing status,and the layout process of the intelligent layout subsystem of irregular parts is designed.Secondly,by analyzing the emphasis of solving two-dimensional irregular layout problem,the layout problem is solved from two aspects:positioning strategy and sequence optimization.The commonly used positioning strategies and their advantages and disadvantages are briefly discussed and compared,and the solution steps of BL positioning strategy based on no-fit polygon are given.The intelligent optimization method used for the optimization of discharge sequence is introduced.The genetic algorithm and BL positioning strategy based on the no-fit polygon are applied to the two-dimensional irregular layout problem,and the implementation process of the solution algorithm is discussed.Then,the interface and functions of CNC machining status display and control subsystem are designed.Through the generation and transformation of CNC machining code,the part design and CNC cutting process are connected.The design idea of the system communication program is analyzed and determined,and the FTP client,PVI client interface program and CNC machining status interaction module are designed in detail.Finally,based on the C#programming language and Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 development platform,an irregular intelligent layout and CNC cutting system was designed and developed.The test results show that the system designed in this paper runs stably,and can not only effectively solve the irregular parts layout problem according to the user's demand,but also generate the CNC machining program and transmit it to the CNC system,and the display and control of the CNC machining state is realized,which shows certain application value.
