In recent years, while promoting the development of local economic, the chemical industrial park(CIP)also has potential safety hazards that cannot be ignored. The types of enterprises in the CIP are complex, and most of the chemicals involved are poisonous and harmful. In the CIP with numerous personnel, once a gas leak accident occurs,it will cause very serious consequences. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the method for planning the escape route of people after the accident so that a reasonable escape route can be provided for the personnel according to the real-time situation of the accident after the gas leakage accident. In this paper, the methods of planning human escape paths after the instantaneous and continuous gas leakage accidents in the CIP are studied, also the non-fixedpoint target escape path planning methods for gas leaks and optimal escape path planning methods based on personnel behavior analysis are proposed. At the same time,a B/S-based chemical park safety monitoring system is developed, which realizes the real-time monitoring of the safety parameters in the CIP.In view of the problem that there is no fixed safe shelter in the CIP after the transient gas leakage accident, the non-fixed-point target escape path planning methods for gas leaks is proposed. When calculating the spatial concentration field of gas,the traditional method that determines the horizontal diffusion coefficient and vertical diffusion coefficient of the gas from the P-G diffusion curve is corrected by using the ground roughness,so that the improved Gaussian diffusion model is suitable for the gas concentration of complex terrain in the CIP.Then according to the gas space concentration field,a discretization method for quantifying the harm of poisonous gas to human body is proposed, and it is combined with the gas concentration to determine the safe shelter and the optimal escape route. The above method solves the problem that there is no fixed safe haven for escape route planning of gas leakage, and effectively improves the accuracy of gas concentration calculation and reduces the algorithm time complexity of personnel path planning. In this paper, aiming at the calculation of gas leakage amount in the continuous gas leakage accident and the influence of personnel behavior factors on the path planning, the gas leakage model and personnel moving speed are studied respectively. The mechanical energy balance equation in thermodynamics is used to calculate the gas leakage rate, and the influence of crowd density on people's moving speed is analyzed according to Newton's law of motion. An optimal escape path planning method based on the analysis of personnel behavior is proposed, which improves the accuracy of gas concentration calculation and the authenticity of personnel path planning, and solves the problem of escape path planning for different people under the scenario of continuous gas leakage. This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the safety monitoring system in the CIP,studies the solution of the safety monitoring system based on B/S architecture, and designs the corresponding database. Finally, relevant functions including accident consequence simulation and personnel escape path planning are realized, which applied in the Quzhou Green Industry Clustering Zone.
