In view of the problem of low packaging measurement accuracy at present,this paper takes edible powder packaging measurement accuracy as the research object,and studies the key technology of edible powder high-precision measurement.Through the research on the existing edible powder packaging measurement technology and packaging measurement characteristics,the weightless powder measurement technology was selected as the main research object.First of all,through the actual production research and related data search,the main factors affecting the weightless powder measurement accuracy are analyzed.Then,for the problem of low measurement accuracy caused by the delay of the weightless powder measurement system and equipment vibration,it is proposed to add an intelligent control algorithm on the basis of the traditional PI control of the weightless powder measurement,and establish an intelligent PI controller model.Simulation analysis.Finally,the actual research on the current packaging measurement technology was carried out by building an experimental platform.The specific research work of this article is as follows:1)Analyze the research status of edible powder packaging measurement technology at home and abroad.According to the material characteristics of edible powder,by comparing the working principle of the existing packaging measurement technology,control accuracy,actual working conditions and other factors,the weightless powder measurement is summarized It has the advantages of green production,simple maintenance,static weighing,and good sealing.Therefore,this article chooses weightless powder measurement as the main research object.2)Through the study of weightless powder measurement,the current weightless powder measurement has the problems of low packaging measurement accuracy due to machine operation vibration,system delay and other factors.In order to avoid the interference of the control system and further improve the packaging accuracy of weightless powder measurement,this paper improves the algorithm on the basis of the existing PI control system of weightless powder measurement and adds an intelligent optimization algorithm to reduce the weightless type.Errors caused by dynamic and nonlinear factors during packaging control.3)An intelligent PI controller is designed to solve the problem that the traditional PI control system cannot set the control parameters in real time.In this paper,a fuzzy control algorithm and a fuzzy neural control algorithm are added on the basis of the traditional PI control method to realize the real-time setting of the control parameters to achieve the control The purpose of real-time online control of the system.4)The control models of traditional PI controller,fuzzy PI controller and fuzzy neural PI controller are established respectively,and the simulation and analysis are carried out using Matlab simulink.Finally,by building an experimental platform,we compared the weightlessness and incremental packaging measurement accuracy of flour with 25kg/bag packaging measurement specifications.
