Traditional synthesis methods of N-substituted piperidine formaldehyde compounds are very complex,so it is difficult to achieve efficient,green and safe large-scale production,which limits the further application and development of N-substituted piperidine formaldehyde compounds.In this work,the synthesis of N-substituted piperidine formaldehyde compounds in different types of microreactors was studied by using microchannel continuous flow reaction technology.The model of micro-reactor is optimized.And the synthetic route was selected,which referanced the Anelli synthesis method.At the same time,The key technological conditions such as reaction time,reaction temperature,feeding mode and the pH condition were optimized,and so on.The yield of synthesizing of N-substituted piperidine formaldehyde is 97%in micro-reactor,which was obviously increased.The production process was efficient,green,safe and intellectualized.The paper provides a new idea for chemical industry production research,and broadens the application scope of microchannel reactor in chemical synthesis.
