The mining intensity of shallow coal seams in China has increased,and the depth of coal mining has increased year by year.In order to ensure the energy supply and demand of the continuous development of the national economy,deep coal mining has become an inevitable trend.With the increase in mining depth,the types and number of underground disasters in coal mines have increased dramatically.Under the influence of severe environments such as high ground stress and strong mining disturbances,the large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway seriously threatens the safety and health of the underground workers,deep coal mining must take the road of intelligent mining development,and realize "no one is safe".The surrounding rock deformation of the two roadways in the mining face of the deep mine is severely deformed,and it is difficult to temporarily support the end and the leading area.The traditional roadway support equipment cannot achieve effective support.This article aims at the shortcomings of temporary support of tunnels under deep and deep mine automation and intelligent mining,a unit support and automatic handling device for temporary support along goaf on the side of goaf.Collaborate with fully mechanized mining face automation and intelligent mining to achieve safe and efficient coal mining.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the single hydraulic props and advanced support hydraulic supports currently used for temporary support along the trough and the shortcomings of the support method,and designs a double-column unit hydraulic support for the return air lane in the goaf.The structural form of the unit support is introduced,and its technological process is planned.The working and arrangement of the unit support in the roadway and its transportation route are given.(2)The moving mode of the unit support is related to the advancing speed of the fully mechanized mining face.In order to adapt to the advancing speed of the fully mechanized mining face and ensure the rapid and automatic movement of the unit support,an automatic handling device is designed to be used in conjunction with the unit support.The overall scheme design of the automatic handling device is completed based on the unit support structure,and the specific structure is designed and three-dimensional modeled,including the slewing device,double telescopic arm device,holding device and auxiliary device.(3)The kinematics and dynamics of key telescopic arm devices are analyzed Complete the theoretical calculation of kinematics and dynamics,and perform kinematics simulation in ADAMS software to obtain its specific kinematics parameters,verify the rationality of the mechanism;perform dynamics simulation to obtain the stress conditions of each key joint Completion of the calculation of the driving force of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder provides a basis for later analysis.(4)Carry out ANSYS finite element analysis on the key components of the unit support automatic handling device,complete the strength check of the telescopic arm device,and complete the static analysis of the key components of the holding device to prove that the mechanism meets the work requirements.(5)Analyze the operation flow and corresponding actuators of the automatic carrier device of the unit,complete the design of the hydraulic circuit of each sub-device,calculate and select the driving hydraulic cylinder of each circuit,and select the appropriate hydraulic cylinder model.Figure[62]Table[10]Reference[78]...
