In order to promote the resource utilization of waste tire rubber,reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste rubber,actively respond to the national sustainable development strategy,reduce the demand of concrete for natural sand aggregate,and improve the impact performance of concrete,in this paper,using waste rubber as concrete instead of fine aggregate and fiber reinforced rubber concrete matrix properties,experimental studies on static and dynamic properties of fiber reinforced concrete were carried out.First of all,the natural river sand is replaced by rubber,and the volume substitution rate is 0%,20%,40%,60%.By studying the changes of the basic properties of rubber concrete,the basic laws of mechanical properties of concrete with different rubber content are obtained.Secondly,taking 40%rubber content group as the basic control group,steel fiber and polypropylene fiber were added according to the volume fraction of 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%,respectively,and basalt fiber was added with 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%and 0.5%volume fraction to study the static and dynamic mechanical properties of fiber reinforced rubber concrete.The 28-day compressive strength,tensile strength,bending impact of drop weight and impact resistance of ACI544 drop weight of rubber concrete are tested respectively.The results show that with the increase of rubber content,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete decrease greatly,while the impact resistance increases slightly.Steel fiber and polypropylene fiber have obvious improvement on the compressive strength,splitting resistance and impact resistance of rubber concrete,while the effect of basalt fiber is not significant.Finally,through the Weibull distribution model to fit the impact times of the drop hammer,it is concluded that the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.71,which has a good correlation.
