With the continuous development of grid-based management in recent years,due to its scientific,precise,and efficient management,it has been applied to the safety management of communities in China,and has achieved good results.At the same time,it has gained favor in other fields.Continuously used in fire protection,environment and other fields.In order to alleviate the current severe safety management of chemical companies,the safety management of chemical companies is moving in a more scientific,efficient,accurate and convenient direction.This article takes Huasu Company's chlor-alkali plant as the research object,and by introducing the modern grid management theory and technology into the security management of the enterprise,it builds a more systematic and scientific security management model on top of its traditional security model——Safety management mode of chemical enterprises based on grid management.First,the grid unit of the chlor-alkali plant is divided and the grid service team is established Before the grid division,in order to determine the risk level of the chemical production area and the safety protection area of the chlor-alkali plant area,the safety risk assessment of the plant area was carried out based on the factor frequency AHP method,the identification of major hazard sources,and the simulation of accident consequences.The evaluation results show that:human violations,safety education training,and supervision and management are the key disaster-causing factors in the plant area;the liquid nitrogen storage tank area of the ion membrane caustic soda plant,the liquid nitrogen filling room,the vinyl chloride plant in the vinyl chloride plant,Vinyl chloride spherical tank,acetylene plant of acetylene plant,acetylene gas cabinet,PVC plant of PVC plant,initiator cold storage,etc.are the key areas under control in the plant area;The key safety protection ranges of ion membrane caustic soda plant,acetylene plant,vinyl chloride plant,vinyl chloride plant,and PVC plant are within 527m,23m 24m 41m,and 8m,respectively.Then based on the safety evaluation results of the chlor-alkali plant area,the grid division of the chlor-alkali plant area is based on the "geographic layout,regional attributes,disaster factors,and risk levels",and a total of 2 first-level grid units are divided.,10 second-level grid cells,35 third-level grid cells,105 four-level grid cells,420 five-level grid cells,and 840 six-level grid cells.The grid team is formed in accordance with the principles of "gege docking,layer by layer,everyone has responsibility".A total of six grid member levels have been established.From the plant manager to the ordinary staff,they are all included in the grid team.The cells form a one-to-one correspondenceSecondly,grid management is based on modern information technology.By creating a"micro-security" information platform collecting and feeding back security issues,the grid is managed.The "micro security" information platform uses Ngnix server,Php-fpm processing,Golang background development,Vue-ElementUI front-end framework,MySQL database.The platform includes six functional modules,including "factory feedback","processing of hidden dangers","statistical analysis of hidden dangers","supervision and management","encyclopedia of the plant area","news and thoughts",etc.,to provide technical support for safety management of the plant area.Finally,the grid unit,grid service team,"micro-security" information platform and functional departments were integrated to build a management model based on grid management,to systematically manage the safety of the Huasu chlor-alkali plant area,to achieve a flat management and executive layer.Integrated and coordinated management,digestion within the plant's accident grid,improving the efficiency and accuracy of hidden danger handling,reducing the accident injury rate,and improving the enterprise's predictive and preventive mechanism to improve the overall level of enterprise safety management.Figure[36]table[13]reference[81]...
