Design Research On Morphological Bionics Of Ceramics Display Products Featuring Modeling Elements Of Tongguan Kiln

In the modeling elements of Tongguan Kiln,there are abundant flora and fauna morphologies in its number and species.The ceramics of Tongguan Kiln using these morphologies feature morphology bionics design.From the perspective of bionic view research,analyzing the modeling elements characteristics of Tongguan Kiln,designing the ceramics display products that characterized by the modeling elements.It is beneficial to scientifically and systematically conducting the innovative design of ceramics of Tongguan Kiln,and integrating the display products of Tongguan Kiln ceramics.In this paper,it first analyzes and classifies the modeling elements of Tongguan Kiln,which concludes its basic composition,functions,materials technology,and beauty in form.Next,it discusses the theories related to bionic,and learns about the research methods and design process of morphological bionics.Furthermore,it researches the specific connotation of biological and product morphologies in morphological bionics design,and the features of morphological bionics designs of different manifestations.Then,adopting the model analysis method to investigate the specific associations between Tongguan Kiln and morphological bionics design,exploring the manifestations of morphology bionics design in modeling elements of Tongguan Kiln,and seeking the ceramics of Tongguan Kiln featuring morphology bionics design.Work out the relevance of both sides in design object,design method and the product morphology.The design of both are aiming at connecting the biomorph and product modality,and utilizing the biomorph to meet the function of products.Guiding the design of ceramics display products featuring modeling elements of Tongguan Kiln based on the theory of morphological bionics design,thus exploring a new direction for the development of Tongguan Kiln.And then,researching the ceramics display products instance of modern Tongguan Kiln morphological bionics,concluding the design principle,design features and selection in bionic prototype,analyzing the primary and secondary characteristics of extraction of biomorph,and the design methods of simulated biomorph,abstract biological features and biological image perception when the product modeling finally forms.Using the design practice to prove it.In this paper,it analyzes the association between modeling elements of Tongguan Kiln and morphology bionics design,and explores the morphology bionics design method of ceramics display products that characterized by modeling elements of Tongguan Kiln.In hope of this research could provide the references for the ceramics display products that characterized by the modeling elements in the future.
