The clinker burning of the rotary kiln is one of the important parts of the cement production process,the stability of its burning state not only affects the quality of clinker burning,but also affects the preheating decomposition of the calciner and the cooling effect of the grate cooler.The burning zone temperature is a key parameter for the recognition of the burning state of the rotary kiln,which can accurately reflect the burning changes in the kiln.However,it is difficult to directly measure the temperature of the burning zone of the rotary kiln,and the accuracy of the virtual measurement is not high,which leads to incomplete recognition of the burning state.In addition,the operators take the process variable data of the rotary kiln to identify the burning state in the kiln,there is a lack of expert identification rules for the burning state with the temperature of the burning zone as the dominant variable,and there is a lack of reasonable working condition recognition methods and control operation guidance,and it is difficult to ensure that the rotary kiln maintains the best burning state for a long time.Therefore,how to take effective means to obtain the temperature status in the rotary kiln,and then identify the new burning status of the rotary kiln based on the data of key variables in the kiln has become an important direction of the current research on the burning process of the rotary kiln.This project takes the 5000t/d production line of a cement plant as the research background,the thermal imaging analyzer produced by HGH company in French is used to obtain the temperature information in the kiln and establish the burning expert condition recognition system,design and development of software of the burning status recognition system of the cement rotary kiln.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the problem that it is difficult to obtain the key variables of burning in the rotary kiln,and the data of other burning variables have the problems of abnormal value fluctuation and large error,the temperature in the kiln is detected by the thermal imager,the key parameters of burning variables in the kiln are obtained,and the data is preprocessed by the method of pauta criterion and local weighted regression smoothing filter,so as to realize online collection and filtering of key variable data.(2)In view of the frequent fluctuation of variable data of rotary kiln and the difficulty of extracting variable features,the benchmark of feature judgment of each burning variable is established,and the fuzzy trapezoid membership method is adopted to extract and judge the three feature states of burning variables respectively,so as to realize the real-time acquisition of burning variable states.(3)In view of the difficulties of on-line identification of rotary kiln burning conditions and the problems of deviation and lag in the results of identification of working conditions,the method of establishing an expert system of burning is adopted to solve the problem.The temperature of burning zone collected by the thermal imager is taken as the main reference variable of working condition identification,and a new burning condition and working condition identification rule library of rotary kiln is established.Based on the feature extraction of burning variables and the improvement of condition recognition rules,the weight values of burning variables and features in each recognition rules are set respectively,and the online recognition of rotary kiln condition is realized by using the strategy of reasoning based on reliability rules.(4)The design and development of software for recognition of rotary kiln burning status.Based on the above research,a cement rotary kiln burning status recognition system was designed and developed,and the functional design and implementation of variable data feature extraction,variable status recognition,and burning condition recognition modules were completed.The method of historical data replication is used to verify the practicability of the software.The simulation results show that the current working condition results can be identified well.The research results of this paper can provide the operator with the identification information in the kiln timely and accurately,which plays a guiding role in the control and optimization of the rotary kiln,and has an obvious effect on the energy saving and consumption reduction of cement enterprises and the improvement of production quality.
