In many factors affecting the durability of concrete,reinforcement corrosion is as the primary form of damage.And the steel corrosion caused by chloride ion erosion,quite common in reinforced concrete infrastructure around the world,has made huge losses.The permeability of concrete is the most important index to evaluate the durability of concrete.Current researches on resistance to chloride ion permeability of concrete mainly exist the following problems:(1)the concrete electric flux method and RCM method for different types and dosages of concrete admixture correlation research differences;(2)the concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration index is mainly used on major projects,but general industrial and civil construction projects in chlorine salt environment have neglected the systemic durability index.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,different mixing proportion of concretes design electric flux method and RCM method experiment were carried out.The electric flux and chloride ion diffusion coefficient have significant positive correlation between 0.35-0.55 water-binder ratio without mixing admixture;In the same water/cement ratio,according to the different proportion of activity differences of two kinds of admixtures,electric flux and chloride ion diffusion coefficient still present a good correlation.The results show that the electric flux method and RCM method could both express the anti-chloride performanceSecondly,through the contrast analysis of two taizhou construction project cases,the concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration performance indicators in chloride salt environment should be considered;And form other two construction project cases,the electric flux and chloride ion diffusion could be united to reasonably evaluate anti-chloride performance;Through the comparison and analysis of national and local standards,we found that general industrial and civil construction projects in the chlorine salt environment,lacked the concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration performance leading a poor durability;Finally,an united evaluation system for chloride penetration resistance of concrete structures in chloride environment was proposed.
