The prefabricated building is a construction method vigorously promoted by the country at present.Its domestic development is still not mature enough,and the prefabrication,hoisting,transportation,and on-site splicing are complicated.There are risk factors that cannot be ignored.Therefore,the risk of the construction process needs to be scientifically evaluated.It is of great significance to carry out pre-assessment construction risk assessment and investigation to guide site operations and supervise appropriate countermeasures.Therefore,the paper introduces the binary semantic method to study the risk assessment of prefabricated building construction,and builds a risk assessment model of prefabricated building construction based on ANP and binary semantics.The thesis first analyzes the domestic development status of prefabricated buildings,and elaborates the research background and significance.Secondly,it analyzes the construction process of prefabricated building,sorts out the construction process characteristics and process of prefabricated building,and combines risk management with prefabricated building construction based on the domino theory and energy release principle in the risk conduction theory.Then,the risk factors of prefabricated building construction are obtained through risk identification.The identification process is divided into three steps.Firstly,the literature is screened and then the second questionnaire is used to determine 30 risk indicators through the coefficient of variation and standard deviation of the evaluation index.Construction of indicator system: Next,to avoid the lack of information and incomplete expression in expert decision-making,the risk evaluation is performed using binary semantic method,and the construction building risk evaluation model based on ANP and binary semantics is constructed,in which indicators are calculated by ANP The weight,binary semantic weighted average operator gets the risk evaluation results.Finally,taking the construction phase of the prefabricated building project LH project as an example,the risk of the prefabricated building construction and the difficulty of PC hoisting were evaluated reasonably.The binary semantic result of the prefabricated building construction risk evaluation was transformed into a risk level of “low Risk "and make specific recommendations based on the results.The thesis forms a set of method systems suitable for the research on risk assessment of prefabricated construction,provides thinking for risk management and scientific operations of similar projects,and also provides a reference price for risk management of prefabricated construction.
